1 lb Breakfast Sausage
16 oz colby jack cheese
1 1/2 cups whole milk
20 oz defrosted hash brown
1-2 tsp vegetable base
8 eggs
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 diced onion
1/2 diced green and red bell pepper
1 tbsp butter
4-6 strips thick cut bacon
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (garnish)
diced green onion or parsley for garnish
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes - บันเทิง

***Update...I made the "Best Loaded(pun intended) Hash Brown Casserole this morning, tore my old recipe from it's binder( sorry Mitt Romney) and replaced it with Matt's fabulouse concoction of ingredients. Totally f*&%#ing awesome!!! Good job Brother!

I made this for dinner for my kids - they love any time there is breakfast food for dinner! It was a huge hit and they have already asked me to make it again. Great tip to thaw and dry the hash browns. This was easy, fun and especially delicious!

I made this tonight using ground beef and fresh roasted Hatch green chilies instead of the bell peppers. It was spot on with the seasonings and the amount of ingredients you used! It passed the hubby test!
