Yes definitely. I've made several of his recipes. My favorite so far is the Cajun chicken and sausage pasta. I make it twice a month. But I use boneless skinless thighs though.

Hey S&G guy. Cooking is not my express, I cook to eat, however, when I was stuck in the house and low on groceries. I had 3 eggs and borrowed 2 from my neighbor, bag of tots, spinach. Chicken strips, 3trinities pepper and onions. Cheese in the freezer and pepperoni, no milk but butter milk and almond milk. When I say you and the Holy Spirit said to watch, you helped me understand how to make this work and my husband was patting me on the back. Job well done! Blessings! Thank you. Tina

I made this for my girlfriend's birthday, and she absolutely loved it!! I did decide to add half of a bell pepper, and I used turkey Italian sausage since I don't eat pork.

Just made this for me and my husband today to split for meal prep and it’s going into my recipe book! Absolutely fantastic and satisfying. I made it with breakfast sausage, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, onions, cheese. Served it drizzled some maple syrup on top and it’s an amazing flavor combination. Thank you!

This was awesome! I made this but prepared it differently. I used ground beef, cooked it in some onions with a bit of oil and seasoned it with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. I drained it out before assembling and it truly came out FIRE! A tater tot lasagne! So moist, cheesy, and delicious! I wish I could post a picture of it here!
Looks great, I'm going to make this tonight. Going to use chorizo and pablano peppers with cilantro garnish and some hot tortillas on the side. Breakfast for dinner. Let's get after it!!!

I’ll be making this this for breakfast on Sunday, I’ll make 2 versions, 1 for me with bell peppers, onions and some diced up bacon mixed in with spicy chorizo and another one for my wife and daughter using pork sausage and no onion or pepper ( wifey likes it plain), it’s only Tuesday but now I’ve got something to look forward to!

This meal would be great for a Christmas breakfast along side some homemade cinnamon rolls. As a mother of four, we all take a day and cook for the rest of the family. I encourage all of them to try out new recipes so that we aren't getting bored eating the same foods all the time. AB has a video for Christmas Tater Tot Casserole. This year I made this for Christmas, I used the mini tater tots, along with Bell peppers. Good lord, this was absolutely amazing!!!
I made this but I cold smoked blocks of cheddar and mozerella and shredded it. Cooked it in cast iron 9x13 pan and cooked in the smoker. Added red bell pepper as well. Absolute fire, was a huge hit definitely gonna be on rotation.

I used to love Public Enemy when I was a teen in the 90s. I feel like Chuck D retired after a great career, then decided he didn’t need to hide his passion for cooking any more and now he’s making these awesome videos.

AB, I want you to know I made this for Christmas morning and it is now my go to for breakfast year round. I used just 1 lb of pork sausage and 6 eggs. I might double it up next time. But , it was a huge hit with my daughter and I. I have been telling others about this recipe to try. Thank you.

We are meat lovers in my household, so I put in country sausage, bacon, and ham in my casserole. I also add diced green chiles along with the onions. I like to garnish with chopped green onions.

Made this for New Years day morning for my family, took your cue and added some things I had on hand red pepper, green pepper, jalapeños and leeks it was fire! No complaints they all liked it! AB you never disappoint!
Oh, yah! That looks SO GOOD!! I'm glad you mentioned bell peppers a couple of times, that sounds like an excellent addition. I was also thinking about a can of diced fire roasted tomatoes that I have hanging out on my pantry shelf that might be tasty added to this as well. Or leave them out and garnish with salsa at serving time. I think this would be a satisfying breakfast-for-dinner option, too. Even the mimosa sounds fantastic, too.
I made this tonight for my husband and kids! We loved it so much! We didn't have any leftovers. I was a little nervous about how much milk there was to eggs but it was perfect! I'm definitely going to make this again.
This is my favorite tater tot breakfast casserole recipe! I’ve made this exact recipe multiple times and added the bell peppers! So good and so perfect when I need to feed a lot of people. I’ve also made two batches - cooked one and put the other in the deep freezer for later. Thank you for this video! 😊

Grateful to all the people that have some experience cooking that do these videos to try to help the rest of us. Cooking classes are too expensive if you're only learning for "home" use/application. I've tried only a few of AB's recipes, but so far none were bad. In fact, I actually like most of them enough that they're now in my home menu on a regular occasion. I love how he expresses that there's a degree of freedom when it comes to some of the ingredients such as the onions and peppers and different amounts of some as well. AB must be a distant relative because I love onions, peppers, and cheese as well as food that's less "spicy" now that I'm getting older (upper half of my 40's). I hope you continue to make these videos sir, and thank you for opening me up to new ideas and flavors. And thank you for not being one of these high class ritsy mofos that only uses pristine ingredients that would cost too much, I love that you show you're common brands like Ore Ida and Johnsonville. Two thumbs way up.
