    I don't know if you read these but peeling onions and shallots is much easier if you roll them like a lemon or lime. loosens the skin.

      I'm not a big tomato person, but I had a can of tomatos and green peppers in the pantry and used them. Along with a few other things (mild cheddar, breakfast sausage, onion powder, garlic powder.. ) turned out awesome.

    Love your recipes! I make them as you do, but also use them as inspiration to put my own spin on them. This biscuit casserole concept is going to go together in an Italian peppers and eggs version with crumbled Italian sausage (plus the pesto, the pesto is brilliant).

    Looks good, will try soon. Kind of concerned for that pesto jar after he kept dunking the spoon into the mixture and then returning it to the jar. Maybe it’s just for the video though and will be tossed 😂

    Only things missing, in my opinion, are diced mushrooms and sliced black olives. I think I'd also rather use mildly spicy ground Italian sausage than that other "stuff.".

    IM going to make this but a southwest version with Green Chili.....some red onion, peppers Maybe bacon and ham and Nacho cheese or pepper jack.? ....South Western bake! This is simple enough to make several different kinds like omelettes. or a Biscuits and gravy bake??? HOLY CRAP!! Great job.

    You could have cut up a scallion and sprinkled it over the dish after it came out of the oven for a garnish. At first I really didn't see where this was going, but damn, this is pure genius! Kind of like a frittata but not really? I'm going to have to try this... ❤️🐾

      Pretty good chance the eggs he's using are pasteurized, but I had the same reaction lol. Cringed all the way through.

      I don’t understand people’s concern over his hygiene at home, especially over a raw egg. Have you ever heard of mayonnaise or carbonara?
