Just wanted to say that i really apreciate your work. Really like the way you make your videos. Always nice to see a new upload on any volvo! Have a nice day! Cheers!
I wish Volvo made a PCV box that you could take apart and clean. It is easier to just replace them altogether, versus trying to clean them in their current configuration on the "redblock" motors.
What alternator are you using ? I really need to upgrade my 65A one in my 740 ^^ but I'm not to sure about what kind of mount works so I'd better ask :)
Thanks for the awesome video. I replaced that on my 240 and it was a pain. Recently acquired a 940 wagon and plan on replacing it soon. Your video made me smile on how much easier to access it. Keep it coming

True, and it is a service item as well. And if you have egr it's a real pain.
Remember when i did this on my 945 and it the canister weighed almost 1kg! Oil just poured down the inlet tube.
😄 Sounds pretty clogged
I restored a 740 and ended up doing what you did - buying a new unit. This after trying to clean the old one, a miserable job.
It truly is, and with all the passageways its hard to confirm if one got it all clean.
