Fabricista makes! Pattern review NL 6476, S9272, B6456, M6966 7-4-22

Welcome! This week we have our FabricMart Fabricista makes. And we ended up using four different patterns from four different pattern companies.
Dee's top is made from a lovely double brushed knit using New Look 6476
Dee's pants are a black polyester double knit with a waffle weave using Simplicity 9272. Perfect addition to any one's wardrobe!
Dory's top is from Butterick 6456, made with a print twill challis. So in love with that print! Her skirt is from McCall's 6966, made with a scuba knit. It's heavy, and perfect for the soon to be here fall and winter.
ALL of the fabric comes from FabricMart fabrics. Check out their beautiful fabrics at www.fabricmart....
The scuba knit even came from one of their fashion bundles. Who doesn't love a surprise that is so beautiful.
By the way, Dory had initially planned on using her 2 yards of the print twill challis on New Look 6655 but alas view B just needed more fabric despite what the back of the envelope said.

The fabrics are gorgeous. Dory, I think the long sleeve is very feminine and your choice of jewelry is perfect. The skirt is also very flattering. Dee, I love your outfit as well. I agree that your topper will enhance many different outfits. The pants are a win-win as you can dress them up or down. In my opinion you can't go wrong with black pants and now you have a TNT (tried and true) pants pattern! Say hi to Nate for me. He looks to be in great spirits.

Love these makes. Dory I make a scrunchie almost every time now. Thank you for reminding me of it. I love toppers for so many reasons but mostly weather wise.

Dory, those greens to aquas are your colors! It highlights your complexion very well. Your health recovery looks on target. I am a fan of Dee's topper. I need to get on the topper bandwagon and this pattern looks like a perfect choice. The fabric drapes so beautifully.

Hello you 3! HEY HEY Nate! And OH MY MY both outfits are lovely! I have some of the patterns you used too. I'm really enjoying sewing once again. I am currently working on some little dresses for the Project Dress-A-Girl. And am trying very hard to learn how to sew knits for myself. The struggle is real here. I will keep plugging away on them so hopefully I will improve. Thanks for sharing all you make with us each Sunday... I so look forward to Sunday mornings with you 3.

Beautiful clothing! Great idea to line the ruffle-looks very professional. I just got a fashion bundle from them yesterday. It was like opening a Christmas present. It included a BEAUTIFUL rayon print. I couldn’t decide what to make with it. Dee’s topper looks great on her and versatile. I think I will do something similar with the rayon. Will get more use than a dress. Thanks for your video!!

Both makes are really beautiful! I think more detail of the garments with a few close up shots thrown in would add to the reveals. It's great to hear info on the patterns and fabrics too. Inspires me to try different styles in my wardrobe.
