- Former Brexit Leader and GB News host Nigel Farage has praised a student who stood up to their teacher who had been defending a girl identifying as a cat.
“Well done to that 13-year-old for standing up to that hectoring teacher,” Mr Farage told Sky News host Paul Murray.
‘The story is very simple … one of the girls in the class now identifies as a cat, and so the 13-year-old says well that’s crazy she must have something wrong with her, at which she is berated by that teacher.
“She’s told by that teacher if you can’t accept this perhaps you better find another school.”

Part of the problem is that teachers are being told that they themselves, must accept each child’s claim of identity. They’re not allowed to question a students gender or identification pronoun or they can end up sacked. Mind you, in saying this, I am in no way condoning the way the teacher spoke to the child, nor am I condoning the teacher for dismissing the child who was simply trying to put forward their point of view. The teacher was wrong to handle the discussion the way she did. I think the way that schools have been mandated to accept all these gender identities etc needs to be revisited. It’s all out of control. The notion that there is now 72 genders well, at least that’s not counting identifying as a cat or a chair or a slice of bread

I grew up all the way back in the 90's and not once i was told by my family that i was trans or whatever simply because i enjoyed doing the stuff that the opposite sex does more often. Sex and identity is an intimate, family level thing, not something to proclaim in public, like how these crazy lefties do.

If the other student is a cat who’s allowed outside, UK recommendations are that she should be vaccinated for feline enteritis, cat flu and feline leukaemia. Has she had these vaccinations? If not, she’s endangering other cats. Also, if she wants to travel abroad for holidays with her owners, she’ll need a pet passport and probably a rabies vaccination, as her vet will explain. By the way, who is her vet, exactly?
Don't forget that when traveling, she needs to be put into a carrier without food or water and has to stay in the car, if traveling that way, while everyone else stops to get something to eat. Oh, and she must use a litter box to potty.

If my Daughter identified as a cat ,i would say fair enough you can now sleep in the kitchen on a cat bed and eat your kitty kat food in a bowl in the kitchen ,don't bother with the bathroom as there is a big cat litter tray for you in the garden or you can jump over the fence and do your poos in next door's flowerbed and i have taken all your stuff and replaced it with some catnip and if you think you can drop mice and birds on the doorstep there will be a bucket of water going over you .
