I am suffering from severe insomia. Even sleeping pills and high doze of anti depression tablets could not give me proper sleep. I tried this vedeo. Initially I didn't get much result. I started listening this video before going to bed. Again I tried when ever I woke up in the night. May be two to three times in the night.Now, slowly I am getting better sleep. Hence I recomend this video to those who are suffering from insomia. Thanks a lot🌹🌹🌹
