    G. M. Madam, yesterday i saw your yoganidra, and tried at night. I am very very greatful madam. Earlier i am not getting sleep. But yesterday i have done your three tips to getting sleep. I gone bed with bed with three tips. I woke up at 4.30. Till that i didnot wokeup. Tq, tq very much madam.

    I am suffering from severe insomia. Even sleeping pills and high doze of anti depression tablets could not give me proper sleep. I tried this vedeo. Initially I didn't get much result. I started listening this video before going to bed. Again I tried when ever I woke up in the night. May be two to three times in the night.Now, slowly I am getting better sleep. Hence I recomend this video to those who are suffering from insomia. Thanks a lot🌹🌹🌹

    Dear devika mam thanks for your yog nidra.judt now I was great need of this i was suffering from high BP 160/95/112..after taking bp medicine ,i started it and found my self relaxed.i m 76yrs old retired government school teacher.

      Nice . What is t minimum time limit for yoga nidra. Because ur timing is 27 minutes which is not possible two times a day.
