When you want to access the camera footage, turn off cellular and connect to the fitcamx wifi, the use the fitcamx app on your phone. Once done, should disconnect the Wi-Fi and turn your cellular back on. Otherwise your phone would be on the fitcamx Wi-Fi, which has no internet. Also I would recommend go to the wifi setting and turn off “automatically connect to this network”. Otherwise your phone would constantly connect to it and would have no internet.

Apple STORE doesn’t have the FITCAMX APP???? But I go to company website that lead me to different app name Vlidure???? App can’t find the wifi of the cam!!!!

I used both apps and they look the same to me. Are you sure you got the 4k version of the cam? There is a 2K version and a 4k version. I have the 4k version and the only resolution that I can select is 4k.

That’s good to know. The connector cable diverts electricity from the lane keep assist camera to power the dash cam. Mine lane keep assist and speed limit recognition are both still working. I’ll definitely pay more attention to those functions.

No it doesn’t work with android auto. You can view the videos within its own app or download it to your phone to view them.

I think that’s due to a faulty diversion cable. Should check with FITCAMX to get a replacement. You can use the live chat on their website.

The Viidure app is different from the Fitcamx app. My viidure app does not allow me to set my resolution to 4K… I can only set it on 2K. Disappointed.

It doesn’t use Bluetooth. It only use Wi-Fi to connect.
Do not fool around with the electronic in your car I install one and had a lot of problems had to take to toyota dealer to fix things back big mistske

I think I might gave gotten a defective unit my Lane tracing stop had to take it to dealer they reset the main computer
