  • I hope this will help deal with any judgment you might be experiencing. Please share it with others who you think it might benefit.
You are worthy and deserving of being treated with kindness, compassion and respect. Please treat yourself that way. And get help - you don't have to handle this on your own. The key is to be happy - you don't get extra points by trying to get there by yourself. ;)

Yes - there is plenty of research validating EFT/Tapping: tapwithbrad.com/research
So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad.com
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.

Finally a video that really talks about being judged and not the "fear of judgement" !

  • @JML-us4uj
    @JML-us4uj 2 ปีที่แล้ว +26

Yesterday I found out that some family friends were talking about what a failure I was and even though I went to good schools, I amounted to nothing. At first I was angry, thinking "who are these people to say this about me? How are they so special? Where is there tremendous success?" But then I realized I was angry because I was triggered by what they said and the reason I was triggered is because I believed it to be true. As much as they were judging me, I was judging myself 100× more - for not being where I thought I would be at this time in my life. For all the challenges and hardships I have been going through for the last couple of years. For not being a "success" but feeling like I am a failure. This feeling of both anger and resentment for being judged stayed with me through the night. I awoke this morning, still feeling this way, so I started tapping, but I couldn't find a tapping experience to help me relieve these feelings even just a little bit, until I found this tapping video. As I was tapping along with the video, I realized that I am on my own journey and for the very first time I fully honored that. Then suddenly I realized it didn't matter what others thought or how they judged me but how I felt about my life and myself. I can see where the challenges and hardships are shaping and developing me to be not only the person I desire but maybe even something more than I could ever imagine. The most important thing I got from this tapping video is that not only do I not have to feel bad about being judged so harshly, but I can see it as a gift because it allowed me to re-adjust how I see myself and realize I am not a failure. I am right where I am meant to be and from everything I have experienced over the past few years has made me a success. Successful at preserverance, resiliency and determination. In a way, their judgement allowed me to stop judging myself. Others can judge me but that does not stop me from honoring myself, knowing my own journey and feeling blessed for being who I am right now and being where I am right now. I know this is a very long comment but I had to share it. Thank you so much Brad! Your work helps me in ways I couldn't even have imagined. It os helping me to reprogram my brain in ways that make my heart sing. Many thanks and blessings!🙏🙏❤❤🙏

Brilliant Brad!! First one up again today completely synchronous to what I need. I wrote another poem this morning. I'm going to adapt it for tapping!
    Law Enforcement Agent Wanted
Oh, I wish we had a love Sheriff
    Who spotted all love crimes,
And strolled in with a relaxed gait
    And positive state of mind;
Who came in with a balmy breeze
And would not condescend to leave,
    Until the criminals were low,
Then, finding nowhere else to go,
Accept to swear that love and light must last,
To root around into their past and
Find the day the seeds were sown
That caused the strangling weeds to grow,
Wrap themselves around the neck of love and squeeze.
The long-term way to find their ease
Is to see their perfect selves were hurt,
They changed their way to stay alive,
But the adapted form into which they changed,
Could and would not let pure love survive.
The Sheriff would recite the law
    And, meantime, keep the peace.
No trial or verdict would there be,
But sentence, yes, to their chain-gang tasks,
    To do the work so,
    Through sweat and tears,
The bindweed grip of old dark past
    Would finally release.
Oh, I wish there was a love Sheriff.

@DonAntonio91 You can do what's called 'surrogate' tapping. You just go through the video with the intention that the tapping is for the other specific person, and you can start by saying 'Even though my name is ______, and I might be feeling a certain way, causing me to do this or that....' Then just do the video verbatim. It's all about intention. Just remember you can't force change upon anyone else, but you can change the way someone treats or interacts with you. HTH
