So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. Are you completely OK now without medication or help from a therapist? I just started this yesterday and have the feeling, it's already helped a teeny tiny bit. I can't explain it but the fear that woke me up this morning didn't feel as dreadful as usually.

    • @HeatherLikesArt
      @HeatherLikesArt ปีที่แล้ว +1

I felt that I wanted to respond to your question though I'm not the person in the above comment.
you have my empathy and understanding.
I have been doing EFT consistently the past few weeks. I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder GAD and have had depression before too. I do speak with a therapist.
I am not on any regular daily medication for it but have in the past.
But I do have "as needed" medication and I use herbal alternatives like ashwagandha too.
(don't take herbal stuff with prescribed meds though)
Doing EFT with Brad Yates has been so helpful for me. It always brings my anxiety down a level or even more. And sometimes the effects can last for hours after.
      To me that is amazing!
It also helps me manage in between my therapy sessions. it's a great additional tool to use.
I do believe over time using EFT and remembering the tools my therapist has given me. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. That I will be able to manage without therapy completely at some point in the future. I am not rushing it though.
There's no need to rush it. You'll know when you don't need it anymore. Some people are in therapy for years and that's ok.
I've been having therapy for 4 years. At first it was every week then every two weeks and now I do once every month. I still find the sessions valuable and helpful.
I would say to you to use EFT with Brad as a regular tool. Daily if possible.
And be patient and gentle with yourself and not have expectations and put a time limit on your healing. These things take time and it is different for each individual.
I would advise not to stop any medication or therapy on your own and have the guidance of the professional physician on how to do that when the time comes.
I am sure that EFT with Brad will be helpful to you if you use regularly. It takes time for the brain to rewire and break patterns and to lose old negative messages and thinking.
I say with Brad because I think he is the best EFT practitioner on YT in my opinion. For me anyway.
There are so many different topics that Brad covers that can be linked to anxiety and stress. So do whatever one that "speaks" to you when you look through the list of his videos.
I do one for grief as I have been grieving over a loss and that can also contribute to anxiety.
Another one for money as finances has been a trigger.
So I am not always doing just the videos with anxiety in the title.
This is free. It just takes a few minutes out of your day to do it.
I hope you have more and more better days and feel more free each day from the mental health challenges you have.
I sincerely hope that for you.

Brad, I hate to admit it but the very first thing that comes to my mind just about every morning as I open my eyes, is the fear that my financial situation is going to get out of control, the fear that I am stuck in a job that I no longer enjoys, the fear of being in a corner and not able to move and more...
I come to work very early and with no one but your face and voice, I listen to you and I tap to clear my name. Thank you for being the first person to talk to me every week day. You are the voice that gets me through my working days and more.
    Thank you

I can't say it enough times how much I appreciate these eft videos. I am so very thankful that we all have such a powerful tool such as these freedom techniques.. I would like to say thank you to you Brad Yates for sending out wonderful vibes to help others. It seems like a challenge sometimes to be able to pivot from feeling so sad, angry ect. but once I start tapping along I feel so much better..I start to realize that I have a purpose and that purpose is to feel as good as I can feel. Also, to be as great as I can be. This morning I was hit with an unfortunate amount of emotions that were sending me down a deeper hole..and I said "I can not let this happen! I have to allow myself to feel the happiness that I deserve!" Sometimes there's resistance that stops me from eft or meditation, mostly because I know how powerful it is. I know that if I continue these helpful tools I could very well be on my way to success, which is a fear of mine. I think to myself "Is it such a bad thing that I allow myself love, acceptance, happiness and abundance to my fullest potential..?" And of course my inner self tells me that it is not a bad thing, in fact, it is what I need to do for myself. I shouldn't have to be afraid of myself. I shouldn't have to run away from a happier life. We all deserve to live a wonderful life! Today I am choosing to accept that. Thank you! For helping to uplift my spirits! I am so thankful.

Hi Dear Brad . Thankyou so much for this great tapping exercise. I have to have major abdominal surgery next week and naturally have been very concerned about the things outside my control and having to trust others with my well being. I have stopped struggling with resisting it now and handed it over to the divine spirit but my little humanity is still scared . Not of dying as I would be going home but having to live with the outcome. Practitioners have a tough time as we are so good at healing and helping others, it works against you to a degree. Sacha bates wrote a book about it how difficult it was for her as a psychologist to deal with her own grief when she was so proficient at helping others. Surgery would not have been my first choice .. I am a changed person because of this and I feel a better person. Your much loved and appreciated and through your own suffering have changed the lives of others. Bless you. Let the divine spirit shine upon you in all you do. Love and blessings Pauleen ❤😊

Sometimes we all need to hear someone telling us we are going to be okay and reminding us that God is not out to get us, that those hands are safe ones to be in. This one and the Surrender Letting Go and Letting God ones are two I go to often to remind me when I feel scared. Even though the stuff I have been going through is objectively scary, reminding myself that I will be okay really does help. Thank you.

Brad, I really REALLY needed God today. I am a spiritual person who teaches manifestation (I send my students to your TH-cam videos all the time), but I'm NOT a super religious person who turns to "God". But today i got into a dark hole of panic and fear after getting some shocking news. I needed God today. Thank you for including God in this tapping. It worked.
I started crying as I acknowledged the fear i was feeling. Then I calmed down as you changed it. Then I started crying in relief when you mentioned its all in God's control. And cried when the fear left me and love remained. Thank you, you are the most valuable being on the internet. Wishing only and only goodness for you. ❤

I have an autoimmune disease and am driving around too much on bad roads taking risks I was very proud of, but now my body is telling me to take a break. Hi Brad! I was introduced to tapping a few months back for my skin problems (adult acne) and I know that stress/negative thoughts/emotions played a role in my breakouts. Diet is healthy/clean and I sweat things out with walking etc. I was not consistent with the tapping but for the past couple of days I have been doing it on my own but I also come and follow along with your videos because I feel that the points you mention are relevant to me. Thanks for the videos and I really hope to clear all the negative blockages and help assist my body in its healing process so that I can get clear soon.

Someone in my IBS group recommended tapping for anxiety. I looked it up on youtube, and yours was the first one that showed up. I woke up with anxiety, decided to give this a shot, and sure enough it calmed me down.

Again, thank you. Things have become so scary for me, feeling like nothing is within my control. I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder more than 7 years ago, however I am sure it has been with me since I was 16 years old. Long stories, which are just stories, I was not able to cope with life so anxiety took over. Now, at 67, on meds which I would love to get off of (they are the only way I can leave my house or have any sense of peace), I felt relieved after one round. This will be repeated over and over again as I face some of the most difficult challenges in my life. And yes, I do understand I create them, bring them right to my doorstep as it were, however you address that as well. Time for better things, time to accept that I can, and will create better. And time to let a bit of peace in my life, after all these years of living with the consequences of anxiety unchecked for so many years. Whew, what a relief. ❤

I really appreciate these videos and the deep wisdom you have chosen to share with us. I've suffered from depression, anxiety and ptsd for a long time, and have experienced a lot of rage about harms I have faced that were out of my control. But my tapping practice has allowed me to feel centered, more calm, less reactive and to be able to practice self-love/compassion, something missing from all of the traditional therapy and healthcare I have received. It has also allowed me to re-engage in a deeper relationship with God, which has been shallow for the past two years, even though I very much wanted that relationship. So I thank you for this effort and thank God I learned about this practice. This work is a blessing to others.

Thank you so much for this, Brad. I'm working on clearing the fear of flying that I've had for years. I've simply avoided flying all this time, but the time has come that I need to make a trip across country. I can't allow fear to stop me or panic me about this trip. I'm using self hypnosis also, but I will use this video again and again. It's very comforting. God bless you richly, Brad. Your videos have made a difference in my life.

Brad Yates I want to tell you how much this video and the "Love to Fly" videos helped me overcome my fear of flying. I had the most amazing trip recently, which included five different flights, and not only was there an absence of fear, but I actually ENJOYED the flights! This video was the one that helped me immediately with the panic feeling that I had any time I even thought about getting on a plane. And the "Love to Fly" video helped me open my mind up to actually ENJOYING the flying experience, not just avoiding the fear of it. I also did a few self-hypnosis sessions, and I believe those helped reinforce things for me, but it was your tapping videos that allowed me to dissolve that terrible feeling of panic and doom that I kept having about flying. Thank you SO much, Brad!

as a victim of trauma i find tapping to be very empowering. even though i don't see what has been done to me to be "my fault", at all, the only way to move on from that, for me, has been to use what energy i have to put myself in a state where i have a chance to make myself happy to change things for myself and for others. feeling like you are capable (which is something trauma tries to take away from you) is half the journey to being able to pull myself out of where others have tried to trap me
