Ditto. I was triggered about family stuff, that hadn't happened in a long time, I went pretty deep with it, and this is a great reminder. Thank you so much. You are a incredibly generous soul

Thank you for this, I was triggered earlier by a grown man who yelled at me after I complained about a service. I didn’t realize I’d been triggered but it been hours and I couldn’t stop feeling scared and anxious. It’s been about 8 hours, it’s 4am, I haven’t slept, and this actually helped me calm down a little bit and identify some of my feelings.

This was me exactly me today!! I've been thinking about it all day. Do you know why you felt like that? Would you mind sharing some of your feelings if you remember?

Dear Brad, thanks for this timely video. I’m helping my friend through her grieving process which has resurfaced at the one year anniversary of her teenage daughter’s sudden cardiac death. She had not seen her daughter for years while working abroad. The pandemic made it impossible for her to return home for the funeral. She has a lot of trauma, pain, guilt, anger and sleep problems arising. Your videos have helped her, and also helped me to help her as I search for wisdom and strength. Last night she was triggered by a friend who talked about returning home to see her daughter, resulting in yet another sleepless night. She has been feeling conflicted about going home to see her daughter’s grave, yet also feeling she cannot cope with it. I will send this video to her. Thank you and God bless 🙏

Oddly I get triggered whilst doing assignments "homework", it's getting better and I haven't had as much of an issue with it lately but I still have the odd bad day-which really isn't helpful when I'm a full-time college student but your tapping is helping, thanks!

How timely! I felt like a steam kettle on Saturday, that had been left on the heat too long. Luckily only one of my family members had to witness it, over a phone conversation. Part of it was missing real people conversation, instead of recent digital messages that has had no connection to a clean back-n-forth exchange. Thank you, Brad!

Dear Brad Yates, sure you know people are feeling gratitude for your generous efforts for contributing to the wellbeing of all. Still, you might consider to multiply your estimation of the amount of gratitude we are feeling for you. The instant and huge impact on the most seemingly unsolvable issues when I tap with your videos are unbelievable. I underline the words INSTANT and HUGE, for encouraging those who believe that their situation is desperate. God bless you for your magic tapping scripts and your energy and Gary Craig for introducing humanity with the tapping method..

Thank you for this! I was feeling triggered by everyone else acting like the world is ending because their so-called favorite actor showed himself to be human like everyone else. Like they themselves were slapped. The lack of empathy & concern for someone who made a mistake was triggering for me. I’ve made a great many mistakes. And feel like if I’m not perfect ppl will reject me. This has helped.

    Massive release!
Thank you so much for doing this.
Timing could not have been better.
    Only uploaded yesterday.
This part of me hardly ever gets triggered, it’s been years since this part of me gets triggered but has been with me for over 20 years (apparently) many tears tears tears have been cried and blocks blocks blocks have been resolved.
This easily equaled a few good therapy sessions.
Thank you so much for making the world a better place by helping me to let go of this so I get to do my part 🙏🏻🦋

A lot of things are triggering atm with my
Anxiety I just can’t seem to get it down in the morning I wake up 4 430am and the body goes into anxiety mood obviously something is triggering me to keep going back into that state and it’s a combination of returning to work looking after my son all day and list goes on no matter how much the late afternoon gets better the morning is horrid

Hi Brad, is EFT useful for things like dairy intolerance or gluten sensitivity? Or are those things we just shouldn't be eating anyways/shouldn't tap away? Hope that makes sense. I read alot of Medical Medium work and dairy/eggs/other foods tend to be considered not good for anyone, but surely that can't be true.

    • @SariadeKock-lv6wo
      @SariadeKock-lv6wo 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Lauren
Look at the Blood Group diet, Eat right for your Type. What you eat digests and eventually is taken by our blood into our body, and not every bloodgroup tolerates certain foods. Check out "sway test". EFT tapping is actually opening up the truths for us.
