    This has helped me a lot to deal with anger and frustration I was feeling this morning. I was sooo frustrated and I feel okay now. Thank you for sharing all these videos for free. You have helped thousands and maybe millions of people to feel happier, at peace and in control. And you seem like a genuinely good person. I wish you all the best and hope you will continue making videos like these for a long time.

    Frustration/irritation=sinus congestion/drainage. I love how my sinuses were clear by the end of this. Thank you!!

      I read this before doing the tapping, actually thinking wow, how cool would that be?
      My sinuses cleared the moment I spoke "I'm clearing it (" the frustration) at a celular level. I'm speechless, enjoying deeper breathing 😊

      I’ve been frustrated about waking in the night I thought because it was warm, and the window unit ac I am using is exposing me to allergens (or it’s just the cold air) and by morning I am SO congested and my sinuses are SO irritated!!! Thank you for helping me make this association! Going to tap now and grateful for the added insight.

    Brad, I can't express to you how you have changed my life recently with tapping. I was so incredibly frustrated this morning with circumstances, and after tapping I felt so much more at peace and had a completely different outlook on my day. Thank you thank you. You have a gift, and I am so glad you share it.

    Most definitely useful this morning. This helped me get out of my emotional, reactive brain so I can think clearer about how I want to react effectively. AND also, soo important for me as it lets me take back some of the energy and power that I am wasting by continuing to be frustrated.....that's huge.... that's always the hardest part for me.

    I cried so much during this one, it really released a lot of pent up anger, irritation and itchiness. Lots of the things that I have been glossing over like the fact that I really need a new mattress because the one Im sleeping on is giving me severe back pain, these realizations and epiphanies all came tumbling out during this tapping session. Tears flowing so much but I feel so so much better and ready to take action and make a change.

    hey Brad, I wanted to thank you for another amazing video you've shared with us! I forced myself to tap along to this video of yours because I was just about to explode in anger because I ......(don't do this to yourself, people!) just bought a bathroom scale......and weighed myself.....and discovered to my absolute amazement and RAGE that I have not lost a *single* kilo despite all my efforts in the past 6 months....which included several months of disciplined Time-Restricted Feeding. I had to stop TRF after a while when I realised I was on the verge of getting eating disorder, and because I was just feeling depressed all the time. I connected the dots and quit TRF. Anyway, I became really angry just now as I was exercising (after weighing myself), because it occurred to me that all my efforts contributed to very little....so I decided to clear the anger through your tutorial, because hey, what else can I do? :) You cracked me up several times along the way, which helped me to quickly relax....and now I'm feeling much more clear headed and calm. So thanks again Brad!!!

    Wow-this immediately got rid of a strong feeling of frustration about things not going according to plan recently Brad-thanks very much! I still need to do more trauma healing though.Can you tell me please-does the tapping get rid of the trauma completely, or does it just bring it ito the surface to be felt & faced again please? Thanks & Blessings, K.Law

    • @tapwithbrad
      @tapwithbrad  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sometimes it can clear it quickly, and sometimes the tapping helps us feel safer facing the events again so that we can then more effectively address them and clear them. Either way, the end goal is to feel emotionally free from the trauma. :)

    Can you tap on more than one feeling in the same session of EFT at the same time? For example anger and frustration at the same time or guilt and frustration at the same time in the same session? For example by saying "even though I am feeling guilty and angry I deeply and completely love honor and accept myself"?

    • @tapwithbrad
      @tapwithbrad  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can - see what feels best for you. Tapping tends to be most effective when we are more specific. That being said, as you tap on anger (or whichever emotion you choose to address), you are likely to feel your body releasing anything that is uncomfortable. I hope that helps.

    What is your reaction Brad?

  • @beckysmeed4484
    @beckysmeed4484 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Sooo I’m not sure if this is bc I’m super outta shape or what but I have to keep switching arms bc they feel heavy and where I tap seems to be sensitive, doesn’t hurt hurt but feels more tender than if I would randomly tap anywhere else on my body.

    I feel frustrated because at 33 I’m finally trying to learn to drive, and even if I have made some progress is not the amount I was hoping for. There’s soooo much more practice I need to do. And I understand what needs to be done but I can’t seem to put it into practice (or what my husband calls “freeze” he says I just freeze), I really want to get my license, I know I can do it but I feel bad for the people that are helping me and maybe not seeing the progress I wish I could be making by now. Today after having a pretty bad driving lesson I came home and cried for 2 hours.
