  • Life is not always easy. Every day can be an unpredictable challenge.Remember that every single person has a story.
Everyone has gone through situations that’s inadvertently changed them and motivated them to grow. Everyone you meet has struggled with challenges, and continues to struggle in some way, and to them, it’s just as hard as what you’re going through.
    Some perplexing regular questions include:
1.Why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?
2.To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken?
3.Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?
Instead, you may ask yourself some key questions that will free your mind space.
1.What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? Who is stopping you from doing it? What is holding you back? How are you going to do it?
Life is a practice and when we practice we do make mistakes. There is no shame in mistakes, just an opportunity to learn and to grow.Asking the right questions maybe the answer. I encourage all to start asking the right questions.

It is far easier to ask the mind 'what if', than it is to ask 'how'! It takes sustained effort and practice to train the mind to ask the right questions.
    Loved your video.
Would love your thoughts on positivity. In a fast paced world that we live in today, How does one train the mind to positivity?
