Wow they asked you to come back to clean that up, sorry but that seems very entitled to me! If anyone ever helped me with any amount I would be so grateful, ( cancer patient & chemo takes a toll on your body)
Sorry, perhaps I should have said that a little better. It did sound entitled the way I explained it in the video. She just knew that I would have loved to have finished the whole room, but I couldn't get to that side of the bed without moving the mattress. I was coming back over anyway to help with other stuff and she asked if I wanted to finish that room since they had gotten rid of the mattress. I know the floors, in particular, are what gives her the most anxiety because it's where the carpet beetles are, so I was more than happy to finish that for her. She is still pulling herself out of the dark hole she has been in for years, so it's a big deal that she is even working on cleaning up the rest of the house. I just wanted to help in any way I could. I'm so sorry about your cancer. I know chemo can take a toll on your body for years after. I hope you get the help you need!

Me too, I discovered you after Mack from Midwest Magic Cleaning mentioned that he had collaborated with you and Clean with Barbie on a project, so I decided to check out your channel. I discovered both of those channels after first discovering Auri's. Yes, you each have your own style, but I enjoy watching all of your channels! Auri has also worked with a woman from Canada named Brogan who also does free cleaning. Her channel is Not the World's Worst Cleaner. :)
Kid's rooms are so hard to keep clean. You did an amazing job. I couldn't believe the things that kept coming out from under that dresser and under the bed.

This is amazing.... you've got a heart of gold. Do you ever sit down with owners after you're done and give them some tips and tricks that will help them KEEP it clean once you're done? I'd love to see a list of suggestions you have for people at the end of the videos (selfishly, I think it might help me at MY house!).
Thanks for this suggestion, Jason. I love getting feedback like this so I have some ideas on what to focus on in future videos. For this house specifically, I think years of depression and then anxiety led to it getting this bad and just needed someone to help her get things back under control, but she has been slowly working on the other rooms in her house, so I do have hope that she will keep it in order once it's finally back to a livable state. I do think it would be worthwhile to go over some of those things on how to keep it up with other homeowners though. Thanks again for this suggestion! And I appreciate you watching!
@@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp One idea I had for some of the homes you go to, if the person has trouble or anxiety cleaning, was to wash one smaller item with them, like a microwave. If no one has ever show you how to clean it, it could seem enormous and make you anxious and you'd avoid it. But if after cleaning your home, the person sat down with you and you did it, you would feel the peace and cleanliness, the pride and dopamine, the anxiety would be gone and you would know how to do it the next time. Also leaving them many bin bags and cleaning products. Unrequired comment but I love your videos :)
@@mailys012 I think that's a great idea! The mom in this particular case has been working really hard on the rest of her house. Every time I go there I tell her how proud of her I am because I know how difficult it is for her. She has come a long way! The house I have been cleaning at this past week, I have had the children sit down and organize some stuff and the parents have also been going through bins of stuff while I'm there and even between my visits, so I am trying to teach and pass along tips. I do love the idea of cleaning a microwave together though...or an oven! Thanks for the idea!

I used to do house cleaning. It’s a tough job. As a mother of 4 I’ve learned that in bedrooms only keep their beds, clothes & game systems. Everything else is kept in living room to help keep things organized.
The three cleaning channels you listed are the three same ones I follow! They’re all a little different in their methods. I didn't word that very well in my video. I was actually already coming back over to help with whatever she needed and she asked if I wanted to finish under the bed since they had gotten rid of the mattress. There's a group of Asian cleaners that I see sometimes. I can't say where exactly they're from because I don't read their language and they don't offer translations. But they do top to bottom cleans that are nothing short of amazing.

Ha! I remember when my kids were little and they shared a room. Finding the floor was a weekly chore until I started buying crates with labels and then I would threaten them that if it was left on the floor it was tossed. Today they both have good work ethics and keep tidy homes. Now I babysit my only grandchild and I am back to organizing countless toys.😂 Loving it though, I retired to care for her. You are so hard on yourself, I love your videos.They are wonderful and I am excited to view the rest of them, I am working my way backwards. @@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp No I meant I am watching your beginning videos from 4 months ago until now, will have to watch the collaboration out of sequence. I worked in a preschool for 30 years and when the pandemic came and we had to teach from home (I was the helper, not the teacher) I did 117 videos, usually 8 minutes or less and I know about getting better. But yours look professional from the get go. My saving grace was that my audience was 4 years old and they are very accepting and forgiving at that age.

Just discovered your channel and I'm loving all of the satisfying after pics. Since this was almost a year ago that you cleaned this house, have you checked to see if they're keeping up with it?
First of all, welcome! ❤️🙏😊And it's interesting you ask if I have checked back with the homeowner because I very recently posted my last video of this home about three weeks ago. It was actually the very first home I put on my channel. A lot has happened since last April when I started cleaning their home. It's a lot to detail right here, but if you go to my playlists and find the home with the carpet beetles and pantry moths, there are six videos total for that house and the most recent one will tell you what has happened since I started helping them in April. There is actually quite a lot to their story.
