I'd be careful squeezing up a Swiss like that in a vice I've done it myself changing standard scales and the can opener and screwdriver are now tighter than they should be to open and close
I was also very cautious while doing this and avoided putting too much pressure on the knife. Fortunately, it works just like it did originally and has no issues.
