    Definitely gonna be ordering a JB4 for my 23 PowerBoost

      Man, it’s blown me away!
      Zero issues, easy to install (like 30 mins) & the performance is wild.
      I’ve seen a powerboost w/ one… made like 50hp more than the normal 3.5

    With the JB4, how do you switch from the 93 tune to the 91 tune? Thanks for your time!

      Check out the newest video on my channel! I go over the JB4 a lot more in depth & explain it all!
      It’s extremely simple & can be done while driving on the fly, or at the pumps off your phone!

      If you go JB4 your better get everything. Don't think you are going to save a buck and get the Base unit. You need the BT or data cable to unlock the other Maps. you need the APP to unlock all the Maps with your phone on the fly. The best outcome is JB4 + BT connecter + app. that is 530+149+27. Trust me I have one and it is not a add on its a need.

    Are you removing the JB4 when you take it in for oil changes to the dealership? I just bought a 24 powerboost and i installed a JB4 on it. I absolutely love it!

      @@aaronkowalewski659 it’s amazing huh!?
      No, but I have a local shop that does my oil changes not through ford…
      You shouldn’t have any issues if you hid the JB4 box well enough! lol

      @TwinzOnly Wells its better than stock. Ill definitely gwt tuned as soon as they can tune the 24's. My last truck was a 15 3.5 f150 and i had iograded everything. Its definitely not as quick as that truck was but i thinknit could be a very good platform once everything is figured out with tuning and turbo upgrades.

    How do you keep your warranty? If something happened would you just unplug the tune and be ok at the dealership? I have a 2023 2.7 and it’s hard to find answers for the new trucks.

      Check out the link in the description! It’ll take you directly to burger tuning’s website, and it goes in full detail on the JB4.
      The reason the dealer can’t tell us because it doesn’t flash the computer. all it does is tricks some sensors basically to provide more boost & fuel for the correct octane you’re using.

    • @YtRando69
      @YtRando69 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They WILL know. It will leave a trace. It does log. When it gets out of perimeters and it doesn't correct it they will see it. Ford engineers aren't idiots. This company just tells people this as a way to sell their piggyback modules.

      @@YtRando69 exactly what I was thinking. I was just curious. I’m going to wait for my warranty to be up and get a proper dyno tune when the time comes

    • @TwinzOnly
      @TwinzOnly  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@YtRando69 I’m not saying that they couldn’t ever found out it was installed. If you blew something up they will do a full diagnostic test & they will find out what caused it.
      I have had it installed for 25k miles or so, been to the dealer twice for some warranty work & they have no clue it’s been on the truck.
      It’s not 100%, but it’s by far the safest bet out there to add 100hp w/ out the dealer finding out.

      These guys don't know how this works. The JB4 spoofs the data. So the Turbo hit 23 lbs and the ECU thinks it 18lbs. The factory safety limits are upheld. There is no Tracing or logging to find. You plug in a Bypass route and the JB4 alters what the ECU reads. It also monitor your safety limits by plugging into the OBD2 service port. Chances of them finding something is slim. Or you can pay a $1k for the Ford performance tune and more to have it installed at the Dealer. Plus it modifies your existing Warranty with Ford and forces you to Run 93 Octane forever. It also registers your Vehicle as Modified with ford forever. At least with a Aftermarket tuner you can swap the ECU and make a case that it took a shit on you. You can also sell the unit to another owner or put it in another similar truck. It doesn't change the shift points but that is kind a gimmick racer adjustment that most of us will never need. So to me, having to unhook the unit for service work is easy (5 Mins to uninstall) vs having Ford know everything I do on the truck.
      I have a JB4 on my Ranger and it is fantastic!! When I want FU power, I hit a few options on the APP and we are getting it. When I need to pay less in fuel I turn it off and pump 87. If I really want to hit the max, I run 30Mix and go to Map5. Maybe you want to run Water/Meth or have race fuel. You can do all that with JB4. You can also tune to Valet mode which cut 50% power. Are you concerned about tranny shift points? Put it in sport mode and it scares the Bitches. It does a lot and it's Modular. You just need to Buy all the extras to get all the cool stuff, which was my gripe. Bluetooth and app are needed to get full function.

    Would it be as easy to revert to factory settings if you have custom tunes loaded? Also, do I need to send PCM to burger tuning for custom tunes?

      The JB4 Is a stand alone module & downs actually flash the computer. You just put it back to stock map, unplug it, & you’re good to go!

      You’re so original, It’s amazing you don’t make your own videos!
      I’ll educate the youth since you look 12.
      Everybody knows the entire ecoboost platform doesn’t have a good exhaust tone, they’re not known for that. They’re known for being the fastest/most reliable tune and FBO (full bolt on if you didn’t know) platform.
      This is my daily/work truck I use for my company, show me another 4 door lifted 1/2 ton truck on 35s that can run a 4 second 0-60 time, get 20mpg on the highway, & pull a wakesetter under 3k rpm’s at 80 & I’ll happily buy one to try it out. :)
