Thank you for watching my video, today I wanted to create a meal prep that is relatable to majority of people. We want a meal that will be affordable, that brings no difficulty and most especially time saving.

Just a tip, I live in cape town so I can get stuff on the corner shops or corner stalls for R5-R10 a packet so if you live in a rural or urban area or check out people who sell fruit and veggies on the street

Haha at least your food gets finished in a blink of an eye, my problem is I eat out often and never touch the groceries.
But I’d suggest you draft your favourite meals to know what ingredients to shop for as part of your groceries, and how often you’d eat each meal in a week/ month to know how much of you’ll need to conclude what to buy and how much of it as your groceries.

Hey, do you freeze your meals or keep them at normal fridge temp?
Hello, Anything from Day 4 I freeze to keep it fresh, only day 1 to 3 gets refrigerated

Do you freeze your food once prepared?
Hello! Yes I freeze from day 4 usually and it stays fresh.
How do you heat them up?
Do you remove in the bowls and microwave?
Hey, you may do so however the containers I’m using are BPA free, freezable, microwaveable and dishwasher safe.. I got these ones specifically because I knew I’d be using the freezing option too.

@@nationhlohlomi9333 ye still be solid frozen and then I’ll microwave it on the day. Which is why it’s important you get a freezer and microwave safe container

I bought them form Takealot
Hey Charnay I got them from Takealot however the purple lid containers are from checkers

I got some on Takealot as a set of 6 and got the purple lid ones from checkers

Not at all, this is just me creating meals so I can have a home cooked meal each day.
