I keep 3 days in the fridge and the last 2 day n the freezer but as far as breakfast I keep it in the fridge, I just ensure I add things that will last for 5 days
No my meals are for me to have a home cooked meal every day instead of eating take outs, without the admin of cooking everyday. It’s meant for people who can’t find the time to cook every day but don’t have to skip on a home cooked meal

Great idea i do it. I cook leave put one big container each person dish themselves. The meat finished on 2 or day 2. I get divided containers
Lol haha it’s the meat getting finished part🤣🤣🤣… with divider containers you can control the portions and days at least to make your life easier☺️
