1/2 cup (125ml) - Light Soy Sauce
1/3 cup (80ml) - Pineapple Juice
4 TBSP (80g) - Honey
2 TBSP (40ml) - Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBSP (40ml) - Apple Cider/White Vinegar
2 TBSP (40g) - Tomato Ketchup
2 TBSP (12g) - Corn Starch/Corn Flour
Sweet & Sour Chicken
2 1/2 TBSP (50ml) - Oil of your choice
1.4kg (3.09lbs) - Chicken breasts
3 - Bell peppers, Largely diced
1 - Brown Onion, Sliced
4 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
15g (0.53oz) - Ginger, Minced
Seasoning to taste
Quinoa Salmon Bowl
1 1/2 TBSP - Oil of your choice
1 TBSP - Chili powder
1/2 TSP - Smoked Paprika
1/2 TSP - Garlic powder
1/2 TSP - Salt
1/2 TSP - Cumin
1/4 TSP - Onion powder
1/8 TSP - Cayenne pepper
1 (8oz) - Salmon Fillet
1 Cup - Quinoa
2 Cups - Water
1/12 Cups - Mixed Veggies (frozen or canned)

Funny thing is I grew up not eating it because I hated it 😂😂 I only started eating it I think a year before I left! I do miss other South African foods a lot! I complain every single day to my husband about American food. Some days I just want 7 colors or mgodu and stuff😫

Salmon is supposed to be cooked skin side down . Js. Everything else looks fire.
Did someone tell you that? This recipe specifically mentioned the other side up.
When you wash your chicken, you need to put all the chicken in water with vinegar and salt and garlic and one table spoon flour and lemon juice for at least 10 minutes then you can cook your chicken. This is the way we clean our chicken breast and any chicken so it’s clean and smell good ,,,good luck.
