Finally you have identified my problem! Thank you, thank you. I keep pointing to that exact spot and the reply is ‘bursitis’ 😮 I will try your exercise & keep my fingers crossed too 😂 cheers, Catherine
I would not have believed this could work so well. I didn't even do it correctly. I just did it while lying in bed, in more of a hook lying position. Ever since I saw that stupid "Train your damn hip flexors" video and started training my hip flexors they've been sore, cracking, and popping. I did your exercise once before I got up. One set of 10. As I'm walking around today I suddenly noticed all of those TFL problems are gone! Thank you!
I was on the roof yesterday (flat) and I got spooked with it flexing so I used the broom as a cane and lowered into an almost "duck walk" And was able to get my tfl to relax some. Very similar position. I was also scared but had to be calm. I kept hearing from 1 pt that I might have to be in some emotional situation or ill just not respect the process? My wording from memory I feel this though. I know my past ability leave me unimpressed with most things... til my nerves are about to be pinched and I have no other out than to rely on myself. 🤷♂️ Hey! I just leaned back in my chair and that pain next to my butt cheek wasn't there and my left shin is not straining to keep my foot on the table.
Please tell me if I do the jumping will it go away…? I have Osteoporosis I do some jumping and short running and suggest more of Osteoporosis exercises just happened to find your channel and Subscribed. Thanks in advance.😊
How come my back hurts really bad when laying on the ground on hard or soft ground? If i do it with a soft yoga mat it still hurts and is hard to get up no matter which way i try too get up?
I am 42, in good shape, flexible, but I sit in a cross legged position 80% of the time. I find it comfortable/ comforting to sit like that, but I am concerned that I am going to have problems with my hips. Any suggestions?
No you’re good I can’t do that anymore. Can you squat easily? Can you sit in a variety of positions? Can you stand just do lots of things and enjoy your body
The different point of view is very helpful to understand how the move looks on all planes. Thank you.

Is there a longer video demonstrating this? It cuts off at the end abruptly.
All deep muscle strengthening is great release tightness in the that region and in the lower back . We forget everything is connected !!!
That's me Dr I'm going to try this! Wish me luck!
Nothing else seems to be working
Thanks for the video
Great stuff as always, brother. Thank you.
Omg needed this
I do this in standing position holding onto the bar, in Barre class. Never realised how useful it is.

Any tips for people with Meralgia paresthetica? I don’t fall into any of the high risk categories but just started getting it

What brand of microphone do you use, Connor?
Would you recommend tfl foam rolling?

👏👏👏👏👏 radi
I don't get how to do this. It's not clear
How many reps should be done and how many times per week?
For the second question i think you can do this daily until it fixes your issue
👍

Maybe don't sit cross-legged? Lol
Would love to know as I myself sit cross-legged also.
@@GoriIIaTacticsthat depends if it will cause issuess. Otherwise we can go on and on

All is nice until I hear those cracks in that skeleton. 😅
How TF is this going to help?
How tf not?
If you seen the first half of the video its a stretch for the muscle to not get short and stiff because you sit all day long, i think its pretty clear
