Dear sir, you have given a very nice example, but I have observed a few corrections in the presentation as in the first example of food serving the LSL state as 38 however in the formula example it's mentioned as 39 and in Cp and CPk example in presentation, you have display LCL and LSL to which I got confuse.
Thxs for sharing but special care to be taken first regarding data normality as first of first conditions to be able to adapt the suitable capability modele
Cpk is 2 bcz , here we have to take min of (usl-mean/3 sigma or mean- lsl/3 sigma). If we put these data, then values are 82-70/3x3 => 12/6 = > 2 (i.e. was Cpk)
You have done a great work no doubt. But could you please remove the footer line, Its really irritating and affects the concentration of learners. Also please speak a bit lauder. sometime in between the video your voice is not clear.
As the standard deviation of a proces ................... . the sigma level cabability of the process...........,...................... A. Increase, decrease B.increace, increase c.decrease, increase D.decreas, decrease Please what is the correct
Cp measures how well the data fits between USL & LSL. and dividing by 6 sigma we are calculating at accuracy of 99.9997 % . We can go also higher say as 7 sigma but that will add huge cost and it will not be worth it when cost would exceed the benefit.

Yes, you are right. it was an Typo
By far one of the best explanations of process capability out there Cp Cpk . Great work!
Thanks 😎
I have seen many of your videos but this one is the BEST.
Thanks Ashish 😎
Best ever explanation on this topic. Appreciate your effort.
Thanks a lot Pradeep. Glad you like it. 😎
One of the best video I have seen on the TH-cam related to this topic
Thanks ... :)
Thxs for sharing but special care to be taken first regarding data normality as first of first conditions to be able to adapt the suitable capability modele
Thanks
Thank you very much
Thanks 😊
Good explanation sir....👌👌👌
Thanks and welcome 🤗
Thanks for the great video🎥
Thanks Deepak
Very good
Welcome 😊
very nice explained sir

Nice video , very helpful to understand the concept.
Glad to hear that. Thanks
One of the best presentations 👏👏👏👌🏻👌🏻
Thanks a lot 😊
Amazing easy understandable version, but please a better VOICE quality (mic clarity).
please also release something on APQP AND PPAP.
THANK YOU
Thanks 😎. Feedback noted
PPAP and APQP videos are already there on my channel
Plz make video on GD circulaty ,runout ,cylindricity, total runout
Nilesh I am working in that ..most probably you see this video on GD&T next week..
I have uploaded the detailed video on GD&T on my TH-cam channel
Gr8 work; In time stamp 16:36, I think CPk is 1.3 and not 2 as mentioned in video - right?
Cpk is 2 bcz , here we have to take min of (usl-mean/3 sigma or mean- lsl/3 sigma). If we put these data, then values are 82-70/3x3 => 12/6 = > 2 (i.e. was Cpk)
Very well Explained
Thanks
one of the best I have seen on this topic..
Thanks
Nice information
✌
You explained easily, as I do in my videos.
Great to know...

Great work and nicely explained
Thanks for watching.. 😀📺
Very good sir

Nice video but the bottom strip showing subscribe buttons is distracting and annoying. It doesn't need to be dynamic.
Hi Aditya, Thanks for the feedback. This is my old Video . now you will not see this in my latest videos
Good way of teaching & explanation. Keep it up
Thanks Abhishek 😎
I would like a help with Cp and Cpx questions of ASQ exam? would you help me?
Sure.. Please type your query here
Great video ..Thanks
Thanks
Nicely done with animations. Just love the way you explained with car parking example
Thanks Tajamul 😎
Good
Thanks Manish
Very nice informative vedio 👍
Thanks MP 😎
Understood the concept completely :) I like the animation part
Thanks for watching.. 😀📺
If we get p value less than 0.5 we can immediately stop the process or we need to look at some other value also .....
No, You should 1st investigate . Bcz If the p-value is 0.05 or lower, the result is trumpeted as significant and in your case it is 0.5.
Great work! this video contains useful information and excellent animation to explain the concept.
Thanks for watching.. 😀📺
Nice Video Sir on Cpk and Cp . Excellent examples and explanation !!. Eagerly Waiting for your next video
Thanks ... :)
Awesome video
Thanks for watching.. 😀📺
You have done a great work no doubt. But could you please remove the footer line, Its really irritating and affects the concentration of learners. Also please speak a bit lauder. sometime in between the video your voice is not clear.
Feedback ✅ noted
Cp and CPK calcultion values is not as per the question data. LSL in question is 38
All concepets clear.
Welcome
How to download and install mini tab?
Minitab is a license software and is available on Minitab website
As the standard deviation of a proces ................... . the sigma level cabability of the process...........,......................
A. Increase, decrease
B.increace, increase
c.decrease, increase
D.decreas, decrease
Please what is the correct
Both A and C are correct
any reason why Cp is divided by 6sigma rather than higher value?
Cp measures how well the data fits between USL & LSL. and dividing by 6 sigma we are calculating at accuracy of 99.9997 % . We can go also higher say as 7 sigma but that will add huge cost and it will not be worth it when cost would exceed the benefit.
Sigma Formula how het difference with Cpk and Ppk.
I didn't understand your question.
Cpk and Ppk are ways to measure the capability of a process because they are monitoring indices for process centering.
Formules are given in the video with examples
waaaah
Thanks
you need to clarify the content
Sure 😎
Can you please remove the footer line nonsense. Its really irritating and affects the concentration of learners.
I have already started removing that in my new videos. This video is old one
@@DigitalELearning Thank you
question 38 h lsl aur solution m 39
Feedback noted Thanks
I think it's better not to read the sentence instead you could use your natural language to explain the concept.
CPK formula is wrongggggg
like and subscribe at the bottom of the video is disturbing
