Hi sir, pleasure to talking to you sir. Iam studied btech chemical engineering. Lack of knowledge iam joined in pharma industry and worked in production department.i have 10 years experience in production.is there csv is eligible for me? . I want learn and go higher position. What is good for me in production.. Please reply me this is my life ambition.
I suggest, you can go through the recorded webinar on process validation. You will get the answer. You can access through the link below- th-cam.com/video/_0NDBOVfjHk/w-d-xo.html
Dear sir, Thanks for your valuable support.. During the calculation of Cpk values, one parameter Cpk= 1.42 & another parameter Cpk= 24.53. As per My SOP Cpk limit = 1.33. Sir could you please explain what happens when Cpk is 1.42 and what happens when Cpk is 24.55. thank you sir...
@@hitendrakumarshah3718 Thanks alot for considering our request. We are learning knowledge from your videos, which is real time practical knowledge obtained from your hands-on experience & interpretation.
The limit varies based on the process and also expectation from the process. Normally, in pharma, 1.33 is considered. BUT again, it depends on process and controls.
You can measure it. But it is not correct estimate of process capability because, while standard deviation, only values are considered and not specification limits.
Nice video, Thanks for this video
Most welcome

Good concept, explained with ease. Thank you sir.
Sir what are the limits for each.
Need detailed video on this topic.
Sure. Will take separate detailed training session on this.

Dear sir , can you explain that in hplc chromatography flat top peak is acceptable or not?
Can you please clarify in more details. I need more clarity about the question.
Sir I have question on my mind, if we calculate cpk for assay why we consider cpkl as cpk why not cpku considered as cpk
CPK lower is always worst so, we use CPK lower

Please provide difference between APQR vs continues process validation.
6sigma vs 3sigma

We need to evaluate it. The CPK is high like 24 - it indicates - many values are same and limit is small.

Dear sir,
What is the logic behind the ratio of 1.33, 1.0 and below 1.0
Based on data, it was evaluated and finalize.
Good evening,

Sir how to interprete the results of cp and cpk value?
More process capability means more robust process.
@@hitendrakumarshah3718 is der any limit for cpk value in general
Why we need calculated the cp and cpk value in pharmaceutical industries
These are the process capability index
Respected sir, how I calculate 'S'(Sigma).
You can use excel sheet function for sigma value
Sir is what is the limit for capability index
The limit varies based on the process and also expectation from the process. Normally, in pharma, 1.33 is considered. BUT again, it depends on process and controls.

Thanks for your kind comment
What about standard deviation.?
You can measure it. But it is not correct estimate of process capability because, while standard deviation, only values are considered and not specification limits.
Why minimum value in cpk is taken?
So as to have better understanding on variability
