    Thank you for the tip, I have just started using the router for things other than finishing window trim and other household tasks. The signs you do look fantastic.

    Great show, we got snow here in Cleveland area Ohio on Lake Erie. It's been too cold to work outside in my garage. I really enjoy your channel!

    More great tips. I, for one, like it when you repeat hints and methods from past episodes. Repetition is not a bad thing :-) Thanks!

    Interesting, thanks for sharing. I do a lot of projects with MDF (ugh) and a scroll saw and loathe the sand-seal-sand-seal process. If I can eliminate a couple of those steps with this spray, I'm all about it.

    Hi dave your vids are graet and really helping me but the bit I use is a bit thick for fine detail is there any were in uk that stocks your profile bit coz shipping is expensive. Also to seal the wood to stop paint bleeding into wood could I use a thin layer of pva glue round the edges of carving then sand it of when fin please

      Thank you Shaun. We sell them internationally thru eBay and customers tell us the shipping cost is fairly reasonable. Here's a link to our eBay store so you can check it out. : www.ebay.com/usr/oldave100?_trksid=p2047675.l2559
      You may be able to use thinned glue as a sealer. I have never tried it myself. Some have told me they thin down regular wood glue with water and brush it on and it works. Please email me if I can answer any other questions, eric@makeawoodsign.com

    You son lives in CA, correct? CA has laws on items with VOCs. Something can’t be shipped to a place because of a law. And in the case, that sanding sealer is water or oil based?

    • @oldave100
      @oldave100  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      My sanding sealer is water based

    The ear bud, as you call it, does not help. I suggest the mic that speakers use most. It is the type that hooks on your ear and the mic comes around your face to your mouth. I believe that would solve the problem. I have my volume all the way up and you still sound like you are miles away.
