Hey I have a question I saw another video of this bass knob I think think he was able to change the sensitivity of the gain of the knob to where it had low/medium/high to where when you are turning it up it can go slower or faster and gain bass at different speed levels can you tell me if this is correct his comments were turned off

Yes. You can change knob resolution.
