  • 🤗 Simple and Effective tips to reduce your back pain 💉
    Do you experience back pain?
    Do you believe that prior cesarean is the reason for your back pain, and hearing the same from others?
    That's not true, because my babies were delivered via cesarean, and now I am doing well.
    During cesarean process, spinal anesthesia will be injected by extremely thin needle. 💉
    Nowadays this needle is such a thin comparison to the old days.
    so, you won't feel any pain. You only experience this ache for a week.
    Some natural changes will happen during pregnancy,
    As the baby grows, the Pelvic bones and muscles are loosen to facilitate delivery. 🤰🏻
    After delivery, due to these muscles remaining loose, you may experience pain, even normal delivery people also experience the same.
    This back pain may occur due to something we are doing incorrectly.
    For example,
    🇳🇵Improper feeding posture
    🇳🇵Feeding while bending down,
    🇳🇵Sitting improperly during feeding,
    🇳🇵Immediately carrying heavy weights,
    🇳🇵and feeding at night without proper rest.
    These are the most common reasons for back pain.
    So, what are the solutions for this?
    Here's my advice:
    ✅ Consider purchasing a recliner chair for feeding, 💺
    ✅ Use pillows for support while feeding,
    ✅ Avoid carrying excessive weight,
    ✅ Focus on gradual weight loss,
    ✅ Incorporate stretching exercises after six weeks post-cesarean,
    and if you follow to these recommendations, you're less likely to experience back pain.
