Mikey has really come far. I just realized, but just five years ago he could not even afford to eat at every place, but just showing them to us. I'm so glad now he's enjoying the most luxuriest buffets & restaurants.

OMG, seeing them preparing those rice noodles brought tears to my eyes. Seriously! And I never cried about food, not even the time I had only rice (not even the good one)and sauce to eat for 5 weeks straight and mind you, I was raised on potatoes every day of the week. Thanks Mike, for the review! I've been New York several times but only to the Manhattan Chinatown and it's been way too long - I guess your video is the straw to finally book a ticket.

Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much for making the New York Asian Food Tour for us out here. Especially for those of us who are not Asians like myself, but I love Asian food. I have been living in NY for a year now and have gone to both Manhattan and Flushing China towns, but feel so lost and overwhelmed. I usually walk in to a crowded restaurant/food court/food cart looking confused and overwhelmed. Many times I look around for a while trying to understand what it is they are serving, but don't have a clue sometimes. Often I just walk out feeling lonely in need of an Asian friend, and you have become my Asian friend. I love the fact that you make sure to film the front of the establishment with it's full name and location and that you post the exact name of the food you are recommending. A million thanks to you and to all of the sponsors who make your videos possible. Keep them coming. Would you please do a few on Korean Town NY?? Good luck and God Bless you!

I have to correct you about the populations.
Brooklyn's Sunset Park Chinatown at one point was Cantonese, but has been overwhelmingly Fuzhou for the past 10 years now.
The Cantonese have migrated and started creating their own Little Brooklyn Chinatowns scattering all over Bensonhurst and a portion of Sheepshead Bay.
Manhattan's Chinatown is divided into Cantonese on one end and Fuzhou on the other end.
As you said, about the Chinatown in Queens, you are right about it being very diverse with different Chinese populations.

I’m a teacher. I was administering state testing today to high schoolers and all I could think about were your you tube videos. Sounds like a serious addiction to me. :)

Go to 18th Avenue between 65th-74th Streets, Bay Parkway between 65th-68th Streets and 86th Street between 18th-25th Avenues. Avenue U, Q train as well. They are home to newer Little Cantonese Chinatowns.
