Hey! Try the moves--they are actually built from the ground up, and you can do something along the spectrum I'm offering here. It looks more unattainable than it is. And, all these moves are designed to support your lower back with the deep core muscles of your spine. So many of my overweight clients (some of them 2-300 pound women!) do this sequence. You can too! Just do what you can, modify the rest, and keep your knees down until you build more strength. You might surprise yourself!
This is a very fast paced routine. Not for beginners. It's not that I can't do the poses, I can't transition fast enough to keep up. TH-cam needs a slow motion option.

are you kidding me with this !!! im 5 ft 1 inch slightly overweight woman. i do yoga on another system/type of yoga because i have back issues. and when i watch your videos i laugh my head off ill come back when im super thin and bendy there is no allowance for fatties like me.
