This is a good one to try right after a warmup, then repeat just before your cooldown. I love squeezing in these five-minute workouts! It makes me workout just a little bit longer.
I can officially say I'm stupid there was so much left arm to right leg and vise versa that I just sorta flailed around plié my limbs kept hitting the surrounding furniture I probably should have done this somewhere more open.
I am female 22, 5'6" and I am 126 lbs. I cannot afford to lose any weight. I have been working out abs for over a month and I can definatley feel them there but I cant see them. Any suggestions?
Imho you need to burn fat and build muscle for them to show. Your weight is irrelevant, what matters is the fat-muscle mass ratio. And you achieve that through clean eating and a good mix of strength training and cardio.
To build up a ripped abs, you no longer need any hard diet plan or doing the tough workouts, you are able to achieve it easier than you think. The key is consuming the correct food & doing the right exercises
