this convert have maximum 2A and 38v eligible so 100w output is impossible, you can use the power full step up converter

yes, you can use but the current rating decrease.
example:
6v 1A panel total watt = 6w
after convert
12v 0.5A = 6w - heat loss = 4w to 5w
