Yes but you should have kept the vegans from interupting, should have also told them to stay on point and stop moving the goalpost. Chaffee was arguing the biological medical nutritional biochemistry side while the two goons were circlejerking about “ethics”. You have to play referee more in a debate like this and structure and order arguments and tell people to shut up when its not their talking time.

That's because they dont come from a rational place, but from and emotional place which is the root of their
ideology (empathy for the animals). So after the ideology is incorporated as part of their identity, any questioning of their ideology is
perceived (on a subconscious level) as an existential threat. It's kind of a mental disease from which they
cant break away, unless they suffer an even greater trauma, some of physical nature, like a physical disease
caused by the diet, which will then on some cases make them review their stance. Unless something powerful
like that hapens, they'll remain attached to their emotional construct, cos it validates their identity as being
righteous and virtuous, essentially making tham thing they are better than anyone else who's not on the same boat.

All in the name of moral ethics. 7 yrs on a Vegan diet is nothing... a life-time is nothing but damaging. I've been eating Carnivore since 2022 and feel so much better. I run 20k faster than I did when I was in my early twenties. I haven't been to the doctor in over 10 years. People who are vegan develop ailments same as meat eaters. How do we conclude that it was the diet that directly caused the ailment?

First of all, what is a carnivore? Do you only eat meat? I would be very worried to go near a person who is a Carnivore. This is just not the right word to describe human diet, to begin with, as we are omnivores, opportunistic omnivores. I am very sad to hear about your story, and my best wishes for your health, I doubt that this is because of vegan diet. If this was true, then my entire family would have diseases like you mentioned because all our 3 generations consist of vegetarians and Vegans. I have lots of friends coming from Jainism which is a similar diet, and have had a long Indian history before even "veganism" word was suggested. Many Indian diets have been Vegan by default. Unlike West, it is not a challenge for many to be vegetarian in India as we were grown up that way, and we have never seemed to have any problems.

Idaho farm girl here. I have sat in the cab of a tractor and so many animals die when plowing up a field. Rabbits, snakes, wood chucks, mice, frogs, insects just to name a few. Then again when it is harvested. To say no animals die for a vegan diet is false. Either way animals suffer and die so we can eat.
I have celiac disease and so many grains are untouchable for me. My father is currently dying a slow painful death from colon cancer caused by untreated celiac that progressed to cancer and while following the whole grain diet. We are not all the same and I personally have healed many issues on a keto diet.

I had other issues that needed to be resolved surgically. Plant-based nutrition and bad orthodontic care contributed to the reason I needed these surgeries. Seventh Day Adventists are also responsible for male genital mutilation in the USA and the pseudoscience behind that. It took me four years off and on to overcome my cognitive dissonance. I invested time and energy into a vegan lifestyle. It was hard to be wrong. My blood levels are perfect now. I take no meds or supplements. Steak and eggs. Eating vegan makes you more sensitive cause you eat less dense food. That's why your symptoms kicked in, your soul communicated to you and you were sensitive enough to receive it. Carnivore "food" is much more dense (slower/lower vibrating energy). Your soul gets suppressed. Sickness/Symptoms is your soul wanting to heal and communicate with you, and symptoms are manifested energy into the physical of what is not in balance within you. You just gonna suppress the topic behind the symptom if you eat dense food but not gonna solve it. Autoimmune disease means you are disconnected from yourself and fighting your true self, your body shows you by turning against itself. With lupus it is often a topic of shame. You are doing something (it can be thoughts, emotions you foster that are actually against you instead of supporting yourself, it can be habits, a career, relationships, a lifestyle etc. ) that destroys yourself and your body is just showing this to you and people call it lupus.

Vegan is just a starvation fast, yet full of phytotoxins. Plants don’t digest in human stomach acid, but when consumed with animal foods that do, they interfere with the digestion and bioavailability of those animal foods. Plant foods are required to ferment in the gut before they can be evacuated from the body. Plant foods fermenting in the gut provide only 6-9% of the body’s total nutritional requirements - too late in the digestive tract to absorb any suitable nutrition. Animal foods are the only foods the human body needs for optimal nutrition .

Former vegan& animal rights activist here. Im carnivore now. Veganism is a natural, intuitive response to the misguided food policy and industry that has ruled the last 100 years. As such, it is only part of the imbalance and not the solution. When I listen to this girl who considers herself an ambassador of veganism, it is quite clear to me that her approach, her ignorance, her aggression, her cognitive dissonance cannot change the world for the better, but only for the worse. This is by no means a person I would want to follow.

I'm carnivore and I buy from a local farmer to prioritize my health AND because I care about the environment and the animals' welfare. I also know my place as a human in nature: we are mostly carnivore, we need meat to be healthy. Are you gonna stop lions from hunting because it's "murder" just for them to be sick? No. Should apply to humans also. Simple solution: buy from local farmers who treat their animals well until slaughter. Also we need cows for the health of soils. No soil health, no life.
Wow those vegans are delusional. Lab-grown meat, even if it was equal quality to animal meat, produces wayyyy more pollution and again, we need cows for soil health so lab-grown meat doesn't matter. It's not a good solution, period. Plus we're gonna make our farmers bankrupt by doing that.

As a hardcore carnivore I understand the empathy regarding animals being killed for food, but what we need to accept is that that's the world we live in and we are designed to eat meat, not plants and especially not processed foods! If the animal is pasture raised, fed naturally, like grass fed, and the animal is well cared for and killed humanely, then I support it by buying my meat from my local farmer who's animals I've seen when they are alive. I admit, I have bought meat that was from the store and not locally raised, which I'm not proud of, but hopefully in the future the factory farming will improve! Either way, we evolved on meat and we thrive far more on a meat based diet, than a plant based diet. So ask yourself what's better for humans ultimately? If you want to be a vegan, go ahead, I'm not going to care, but don't tell me that being a carnivore is wrong because it's unethical in your opinion. I too want a better world, so we can agree on that at least. I also want to be as healthiest as I can be, so being a strict carnivore has made that possible!❤

I have seen some vegans thrive but ultimately have some issues and others go down hill fast. I will always extend an olive branch and see if I can help.
Ethics are important but if you sure not optimal and healthy you cannot have a positive impact on the world. For humans to exist animals have to die. For them both to be on this show animals have died. Us being here results in animals and insects and even other humans dying. We should all be conscious of that.
It's the hate in their eyes towards the carnivores. So unhealthy. Hatred poisons the hater. We are falling for divide and conquer tactics all the time. No one is asking why after all the cancer research money raised the chance of getting cancer has increased. Why new vegan processed foods are so unhealthy the same if not worse than processed foods.
We are all in this together and should be trying to reverse all the manipulation, instead of infighting we all need to look up

Even when I ate meat I never saw an animal and wanted to kill and eat them. Their dead bodies were unappetizing to look at and smell, flavorless without seasonings, inedible without cooking. Meanwhile we can eat plants like fruits without cooking, without any tools, in its natural form. We can see in color because we evolved to look for plants and eat them, our fingers are for grabbing plants, our tastebuds and smell are attracted to plants, not dead bodies. Haven’t eaten meat in 11 years btw, I’ve seen most “carnivores” go back to eating plants within a month.

They refuse to eat with me but I have no problem eating with them, and I even grow and supply them with fruits and veggies. Dr Anthony Chaffee is a person I really respect and have been interviewed by. He cares about people and believe it or not he also cares about animals. I care about animals, they are here to make our lives possible. Every animal dies, the only thing is will they die of old age, be eaten by a predator or killed by a human. Out of all of the ways to die being shot while hunting or in a regenerative farm has to be less painful for the animal than being ripped apart alive by a predator. The only reason animals can live is because predators eat them. If animals had no predators they would multiply and eventually die of disease and starvation.

Carnivore has healed so much for me! I started off carnivore in hopes to reverse my fibrocystic breast masses that have built up over 6 years eating half a dry skinless chicken breast piece a day with half cup of broccoli and little bit of wheat noodles. We are told don’t eat very much meat- so the world is almost vegan just about. I would eat red canbbage too- cooked it and ate cabbage about 3 times a week. That was about it. So I was mainly chicken, broccoli, and little wheat noodles. So from age 40-46 I started getting all that “aging” health issue mess- and the fibrocystic breast “disease” started and kept building up! When I hit age 46 I was done with it! The fibrocystic masses were getting me scares- and I started getting huge painful breast cysts too! One was around 2” long and 1” wide! Docs would say, “we don’t know what causes fibrocystic breasts disease” and “fibrocystic breasts is now normal because everyone is getting it” and “fibrocystic breast could turn into cancer” and “there is nothing you can do for fibrocystic breasts” and “diet doesn’t cause fibrocystic breasts!” I was gaining weight too and by summer of 2022 I hit perimenopause at age 46 and got every symptom you could think of. My joints were hurting too, no sleep at night, dizzy at times, it was ridiculous! I know it had to be diet! Little did I know that all the other health issues I had all my life, in addition to this mess listed above, was all due to diet!
I went searching online and found the truth of my fibrocystic problem! Found out cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and asparagus) are all cruciferous veggies that block natural iodine absorption found in foods! And if you become depleted in iodine it messes up your thyroid which controls all- even hormones! And all organs need iodine including breasts! They swell if you are deficient! And I read these cruciferous veggies can cause cancer due to lack of iodine in body since they block absorption! Bingo! We are all being told to eat cruciferous veggies, that they can prevent cancer, and to eat lots of it including broccoli!! But in fact they are causing cancer and I truly feel it is causing all the fibrocystic breast cases that have been escalating lately that we are seeing! When I post about this and ladies write back saying they too had fibrocystic breasts, I ask, “do you eat cruciferous veggies, especially broccoli” and they all have said, “YES!”
I did more research and found carnivore! I Jumped right in! In 6-8 weeks I lost 45 pounds! My perimenopause reversed! In fact don’t even get PMS symptoms and my cycle is perfectly paced! And so much more reversed that I started writing it down! And yes, my fibrocystic breast masses shrank!
I share my progress because I want people to see how carnivore can heal so much and most of these things are commonly healed for many, not just me! I want to help and this is how I do- by sharing. No I am not paid to do this, I just want to help people see and be aware of what carnivore can do!
I do update this list as I have been on carnivore (more lion diet version) for 1 year and 5 months now. I feel this has helped so many decide if they should try carnivore. I always say go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry- my three most favorite doctors. They are truly amazing! I call them my carnivore doctors! ☺️
    * No more perimenopause- completely reversed!
*Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself!
    *No more night sweats
*No more waking every 2 hours at night!
*It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast!
    *No more life long eczema
*No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea)
*No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm
*No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.)
    *No more brain fog
*No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows
*used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more!
*Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight.
*Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing!
*Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well.
*Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 47 and look like I am in early 30’s.
*Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me.
*No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach!
*Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup!
*no cravings unless they are for meat
*no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago.
*No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods when walking around.
    * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller.
*feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 90 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that.
*Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights.
    * no more body odor!
    * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much.
*I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that.
    * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things.
*Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing!
*no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing!
    * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too!
*Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before.
*Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides!
*I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone!
*I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore.
*My teeth look more white on carnivore.
*My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome!
*i used to get eye twitches in my eye lids, but that is gone.
    * at times when trying to fall asleep I would close my eyes and at times felt dizzy like falling feeling or spinning. But haven’t has that since I have been on carnivore for 12 months.
*the skin on the heals of my feet are no longer cracked and dry!
*little leak from sneezing or coughing that ladies get from estrogen dominance is gone on carnivore! Hormones balanced so no more estrogen dominance!
*The top inner corner of both my larger toes have felt a little numb for years. Never had it diagnosed. But being 1 year on carnivore I no longer feel that numbness! My nerves have healed in that spot on both toes! Crazy!
*My slightly receding gums behind my center bottom front teeth have rebuilt so gums all over are super healthy! I have flossed daily for years, but gums look even healthier!
*my skin on my face isn’t as oily as it used to be.
*My hair used to be super oily if not washed daily, but carnivore has regulated my hair so I can now go days without having to wash it- doesn’t get oily after one day like before! (Newest update added!)
Want to mention if you start to get any allergy symptoms further into carnivore you may have histamine intolerance. Happened to me if I ate smoked meats daily for months straight. Went back to baking my meats and all the symptoms went away! Look into histamine intolerance when starting carnivore to make sure you know symptoms and not to eat smoked aged meats daily like I did if you get symptoms. Eat smoked meats less often.
So there you go! ☺️ I hope this helps people on their journey to fins out what works for them! Carnivore is working for everyone that tries. Go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry! And go visit Kerry’s channel at Homesteadhow! We love him too! ☺️

How to justify breading and killing animals for food? The same way they justify planting and killing plants for food. Something has to die for you to eat. There is no way around it.

There is a way around it, eqt flowers and leaves, technically maybe you could live off those, flowere = broc cauliflower capers artochoke figs chamomile dandelions pineapple i think is a flower, friuts also can be eaten without killing animals avocado olives etc are all friuts, i cant eat most of theae cause i have histamine intolerance so have to go carnivore to heal in order to go flower based hmm

Yep... it's unfortunate, we live in a predacious universe and everything is consciousness, as consciousness is fundamental. And even if you are a realist, they've proven scientifically that plants have sentience and call out, react, etc to threats. 🤷‍♀️ there is just no way around it all...

One thing I'm really surprised didn't get brought up is that lions and wolves don't feel bad when they kill animals to feed themselves, because that's what they were designed to do, so if animal meat is the optimal source of food for us as well, why should we feel bad?
