amazing. have a warranty claim open but have left it for a year, i use the mac too much to lose it for a week - i've just applied your temporary fix of shifting the balance and omg - how did i not think of that myself!! what an awesome temporary fix while i wait for the warranty claim. you're a legend, thank you!

So, I'm finally back, after almost two months without uploading. Man, it's good to be back. It's 2:09 AM right now, that's ok though, I've stayed up til 4 once to edit a stupid video for school. Oh well.

If you follow the guides linked below, you probably won't need that video tbh - these were the guides that I followed to remove and fix my own speakers (disconnecting connectors and getting the speakers out are the most difficult parts)

Essential Items:
- Elmers Glue (or other adhesive, preferably rubber cement)
- T5 Torx Screwdriver
- P5 Pentalobe Screwdriver
- something that can pry things
- something to spread the adhesive
You can get most of these tools in an electronics repair toolkit from iFixit or Amazon. The tools I used were a cheap kit from Kingsdun on Amazon.
