Description: "Two people have been arrested after an alleged stolen car crashed into a parked car in Parkville on June 17.
Police understand an allegedly stolen Mercedes sedan collided with a Ford Ranger at the intersection of Royal Pde and Gatehouse St just after 9am.
The Mercedes then crashed into a parked car.
The driver of the Mercedes, a 40-year-old man, was taken to hospital under police guard with minor injuries.
His passenger, a 28-year-old woman, was also taken to hospital under police guard for observation.
The 53-year-old male driver of the Ford Ranger was not injured."

@@matthiasona nope two different engines actually. Both 4 cylinder with the same displacement but very different otherwise. The one in the 35 models is a Mercedes-Benz developed engine that's also used in lower end versions, the one in the 45 and 45S is Mercedes-AMG developed and only used in those models (plus the C63..)

Tyre spikes are designed to slowly deflate tyres as sudden bursts can cause a vehicle to lose control.
@@KorriTimigan this car would almost certainly have run flats, which are generally spec'd to run for another 80kms after a puncture up to 80km/h, so they could probably do a lot more than that without noticing too much of an issue.

Edit(s) - Second section, they turn left in to Elizabeth St / Royal Parade, so when they passed St David St they must have been going north on Smith St to turn left on to Alexandra Parade.
