You know he's a pro when you dont see his hands shake while soldering.... im over here like " the conroller was $80, the clicky kit $25, back paddles $50.... if you mess this up you're screwed"🥴
Also wasier way to find a way is if you look at the back of the conteoller theres a long number which begins with a letter then has a number 1-2-3-4 after it which is yoir gen controller
Any tips on what to do for the new BDM-040 for clicky triggers? Extreme Rate doesn't have anything out yet and I'm not sure they'll be able to because things are too different with the triggers.
@@ivangonzalez5458 2 weeks ago when they were on sale, I bought 5 controllers from BestBuy and they all BDM 030. But this kit for back paddles will work on 030 or 040. But the Trigger only for 030
I think you’re talking about the ‘strong version’ compared to standard micro click triggers. I’ve installed both, what it says. The strong version is……stronger
there is a lot that could be wrong, what is not working? the controller doesn't turn on or the back paddle doesn't turn on? did you change the sponge? If you don't change the sponge the connection from the ribbon cable and the motherboard is not firm enough and the back paddles will not get any juice into them
Some of the front buttoms does not work and the buttoms that work have so much delay. The triggers does not work either. Paddels are not working properly. Could you figure it out what i did wrong?
if ur k3 and k4 dont click you have to make sure the mother board is under the clips before you screw it in!!🤙🏽
Instead of cutting the wires you could just turn off “adaptive triggers” in the PlayStation settings
Like he did say in the video
5:05 just in case you missed it

My exact thoughts bruh haha
11:50 when he talks about the paddles
I don’t understand how I can’t get the back cover at 14:30 to click on, if I force it on, the buttons won’t click cuz it’s too tight
Don't watch his video, simple, and watch the proper extremerate one mate, I've modded mine and my friends and had no issues
So is the Volcanic Red 040?
Yes

would ot be possible to do thos for scuf reflex ? i dont have the fps version
The only thing you haven't addressed on your video is the fact that it takes a lot of time to getting used to the paddles
Kann man die abgeklemmten Motoren nicht auch direkt ausbauen um Gewicht zu sparen? Can't you remove the disconnected motors directly to save weight?
Könnte man
Thank you!
I installed these but when I try to use my controller on PC the paddles are not responsive, if anyone knows a solution I’d really appreciate it!
Have you tried putting it in rice?
You have to delete system 32 to stop the lag. Hope this helped!

Are you able to unbind the paddles? Also, can you bind these to Fortnite?
yes
You can use it on any game, if I was you watch the proper extremerate video
Hello, do we have to cut the green and yellow cables?
No
@@TheGamer2Know Thanks for replying
Yo with the back panels can i charge the controller on the wireless charger?
No you can't. I would buy a 10 foot charger and keep it wired in. The controller will be more responsive as well due to input delay through Bluetooth
I can see the spring but it’s not as visible as my other controller that is bdm-030 what is it?
Are metal pallets better than plastic pallets?
I prefer the plastic. They are more responsive.
@@TheGamer2Know Ok thanks

I haven't had my hands on 040 yet

@@ivangonzalez5458just bought a brand new camo controller from Walmart today and it was a 030
040 has new trigger mechanism, need to wait for eXtremeRate engineers to figure new kit for it
is this have a better response time to shoot for fps time?
Yes, double the response time
my k 3 and k4 and power button wont click what do i do
I don't see the 030 hair triggers anywhere... Where can I buy them?
You have to buy the whole kit with the click face buttons also?
Use link in description of video
There is option for click button and non click button
game2know? what is the difference between the strong or light clicky triggers?

@@Coachclark.cno way the strong version is stronger 😱😱
Can this work with the 040 version?
ya
@TheGamer2Know have you tried it because when I'm about to purchase on Amazon it says not compatible with 040
@PH-2-KRAZI the clicky kit does not work with the 40, but the rise 4 kit does
Why would I want to spend 60 bucks to enhance a terrible controller? Mine began stick drift after about 30 hrs and I had to replace it.
All controllers get stick drift. This is a cheaper option. The dual sense edge is Sony and falls apart as well.
So you then spent 60 bucks more 😂 when could of just replaced the alps to hall effect 😂😂😂
You probably got the BDM 010.
@bjeyver why you responding to me 🤣
You can remove paddels so easy triggers you can left in old one
After all this work the controller does not work. I followed all the steps. Why does it not work
did you plug the battery in correct? all the ribbon cables

helps with the connection to be firm with the ribbon cable and motherboard
@@TheGamer2Know How come the manufacturer doesn't use it in there install video then. Not needed from factory so isn't needed now
Still almost 150$ dollars though
Thats cheaper than these 200 and 300 dollar controllers, and u can customize it whenever and however u want

For me the kit is 40$
Watching this stressing me out, so violently no finesse at all
Better than watching 1,5 hours extremerate vids. Thank you bro
Yeah you dont need to know how to solder and have high quality solderimg machine and other tools …
😂😂😂 I’ll be giving Sony 200$ thank you very much lol
