I'm someone that definitely leans more towards the is but I would not pick the luxury trim.... I'd go IS350 all-wheel drive F Sport or certified pre-owned is 500... I'm somebody that doesn't mind that the interior Tech and design hasn't changed, when there's redesigns with new tech brace yourself for recalls glitches and cost to repair down the road after warranty due to the time consuming labor in removing those digital screens. I'm somebody that drives a company utility truck though if I had to pay for my own gas in California for my work commute I would pick the Camry.
@@tovyaweissberg47 trust me Is350 f sport is a joke too. I own it. Everything is same since early 1990s. Engine is horriboe, and leta not even talk abiut the interior
Definitely go for the is500. For someone that has both a '21 V6 Camry XSE and a '23 IS500 they are amazing cars. I dont mind the interior. Its a very solid car.
Apples to Oranges comparison. The IS line isn't the same class or platform. Should have compared the Camry to the ES...essentially the same platform with different options/features.
Just came back from a long trip in DC. Rode in many Camry's and Rav-4s for Lyft and Uber. I was NOT impressed with the ride quality and NVH of these vehicles. Too much jostling and you feel almost every bump in the ordinary roads. On the highway, when up to speed, they seem fine although more road noise than I expected. Mechanically, these may be good cars but they are not comfortable.
Front of Camry isn’t great but back looks like Honda Accord tail lights .. and I hate any hybrid shit and I had 10 Camry different years starting from 2003 to 2024 XSE AWD top package V6 and I’d never do need this electric crap ..
@@pkagent14 which IS? Lexus needs to smarten up. I had IS350 2015 and still owns Rx350 2017 and IS350 2017 F sport. @@tombrown8443 I misspoke I meant to say the 2026 model year 🤦♂. Lexus is gonna redo the interior have new drive trains and power trains for the IS & ES next year.
The Camry shares a platform with the ES350, not the IS 300.
Es350 shares the same platfrom with avalon , camry is on the same chassi but its shorter
@@azizkizbayev439they switched from Avalon platform to Camry platform with the ES
ES doesn’t share a platform with the Camry
ES is longer than a Camry and has a longer wheelbase
IIRC it used to, but now the ES shares its platform with the Avalon?

Shouldn't have pick a black camry to show exterior detail
panoramic glass roof is a deal killer for me, I see that I cross that vehicle off the list
Why
Water leak
Or Shattered
The IS is very hard for a larger person to get in and out of. I like the way it looks, though.
Get a tractor trailer then
@@yourydavydov5680 I just got a GS. Sorry if I hurt your feelings. Enjoy your IS.
@@yourydavydov5680 Why a tractor trailer? That's an oddly specific answer.
You should compare 2025 Camry VS 2024 ES 300h
Yes more comparable
The IS 300 is awesome.
The camera system for the camera when you're not looking, is that optional??
That guys middle name is “actually”.
I heard it was "very very".
Should’ve compared to is350 with bigger screen and mark livingston system and of course all black Lexus
i’ll say the side view looks most similar to the 8th generation camry. that rear is all new
Is Jbl sound system good ?
Yes it is ! I own top level XSE AWD and I love it
Ofc JBL is top teir
Sinceramente el 2023 SE es lo más bello tiene mucha presencia más que estos modelos nuevos , la parte delantera parece corolla
This is so dumb! We’re talking apples and oranges! 😂
The Lexus isn't Toyota's rival. Toyota owns Lexus.
Exactly!
What's this comparison? Isn't the IS derived from the corolla?
From corolla?? Are you mad or what?
IS platform do not share with any Toyota
Maybe not but Camry should be compared to Lexus ES350 not the IS.
not at all. i wish it were that way as a Corolla owner but it is not
Im so tired of that spindle grill.
The 2025 camry grill I hated. But it's kind of growing on me especially after seeing it in person.
You're right Jefferson. I'd still love to have one:). Underground is my fave color.
maybe since the LS is no longer a thing, the ES should be compared to the Toyota Crown 😂😂😂
LS exists
What will you say?
You cant buy camry, you can buy is so that simplifies things
You are comparing a economy car to an actual luxury-sports car lol
very very very great, hugely huge, great. Very very... Huge. Massive fan. Hugely huge great. Massive. Language is dying.
good design Camry better than Lexus
Probably uses his looks to make sales as well.

Is lexus is letdown by old and tired interior 😢

ONE CAR HAS 2 MODELS.
Still look ugly and boring, not much change. The Integra looks much better when I saw it the first time.
Lexus is not a stable car. I had one and most of the time It had problem.
You’re smoking crack. I’ve had mine for over 300k miles with zero issues.
its a joke xse doesnt even have memory seats and both doesnt even come with folding side mirrors. and IS interior been same for a decade.
It's not the same interior for 10 years. There's a giant touchscreen in the centre now. What more do you need
