    After the completion of the infrastructure works such as SILK highway, Kajang-Semenyih Bypass, and the MRT, Kajang was divided into the old town as well as the 'new' Kajang as these circulation paths created lots of opportunities. Yuwang, a boutique developer that had the ability to self-fund the first phase of developer saw that opportunity and built this new township.
    Despite the MCO economic climate, their link houses received tremendous response and now they are focused on their Semi-D's. The main reasons were the value for money as the built up and environment buyers get is high. Next would be the upcoming EKVE that connects that location to Ampang and the city, resulting in residents to upgrade their home in this address.
    However, I do not favour the intensive highway connections but it's inevitable as the roads were built after the townships. But I'm glad that the Garden Homes were built away from the main road, having some shop-offices to buffer off the traffic noise.
    I was amazed by the scale of the property, only to wish certain minor details such as the partition wall in the toilet and the structural glitch at the staircase could be resolved.

    I know it would take more time but I think you have lots of non-Malaysian viewers like myself who would appreciate a small info about the location. Info like location's population size, demographic and income. I would like to invest in Malaysia and your channel has convinced me to actually visit. Thanks.

      Well, those information that you mentioned are rather easily accessible in the internet. Hence I would focus on the dirty work on going to the actual site showing you the interior and clearer picture of reality.

    This is what I like about Malaysia. Even if the houses are that expensive, the people don't mind having the same style as that of others. Here in PH, the people would prefer to have a different style since with that price they can already afford to have an architect and contractor to build the style they want. RM1.1mil in current conversion rate can already build a palatial house in PH.
    But then again, there are still some developers who offer specific styles/designs of houses to choose from and build in their development but they aren't as good as what you have in Malaysia.

    Living around this area and considering this but the bypass hiway infront is off putting and the u turn is dangerous and tight… and you need to do this everytime you out to find food or leisure. And the bypass frequently flooded

      Erm, for highways it's kinda tough to point the start and end. I guess it's via the toll gates. May I suggest to search online for more info because I'm not too sure myself too hahaha. Great question Wendy!!

    I actually bought this one. A lot of hacking needs to be done especially the washroom as the toilets are really disappointing. Not to mention there are no side balcony.I'm not sure but it's kinda possible to form an attic above.

      The Semi D or Park Terrace?? Could you share which part of the toilet is disappointing yea?? I just thought a change in the fittings would resolve the bidet issue.

      @@iherng semi d. The washroom are way too small imo. And the concrete wall are in the way. Not to mention no his and her sink. Can barely fit a tub too. But that wont really matter much if you're gona do major renovation.

    I just went to Gamuda 257 showunit today just to check out their landed properties, for their superlink lighthouse which is 1.2m after rebate, You can get much better than this!

      Well, location is relative Jeff. Kota kemuning area might be far if I grew up in Balakong and vice versa. Hence, it's remarkable and interesting to observe the 2nd generation of the family usually won't stay too far from their parents=)

    not sure you aware.... actually the location stone away from kajang prison.... :) ironically you also just review BSC which also near sg buloh prison.

      @@iherng i'm from Indonesia. In fact, there are a lot of property reviews in Indonesia, it's just that it often feels like advertisements are less objective. In addition, they focus on property without considering exposing access and surroundings. Showing a review is just advertising a product so it feels boring. I like an objective and thorough, detailed review, like this channel.
