    Super luxurious house. Well designed house.
    Only disadvantage is location away from CBD. Good house for own stay.
    Just hurts to see more and more greens destroyed to build more houses when there is actually alot of supply of houses.

      They were oil palm estates initially anyways, hence don't need to be too sad about developments. Well, our government and local authorities has setup zones as forest reserves to balance the ecosystem.

    Just had the opportunity to visit the area and the showroom. Really lovely place and well designed housing. The town itself looks potential to grow big in future considering another township, Eco Grandeur City, is being developed within a 5 min drive from there. Consider it only if you're content with living in the suburbs without the amenities you would find living in the city.

    i really like this place ., rent for few month. but cannot tahan on weeekdays bcoz working in PJ. for shop, need to go puncak alam got tesco n econsave there.

      I beg to differ KJ Mok. Puncak Perdana yes but not Puncak Alam. From Puncak Perdana to BSC probably about another 30 min drive in heavy traffic.

    BSC was one my survey areas of getting a landed house. Coming from kepong to sg buloh took a pretty far n narrow kampung road which gave me a no. And its been yrs the township is still quite ‘empty’ as u can see many houses are still not vacant. But overall as u said if u r looking for a freehold landed this area might be a good choice. 26x90 is really huge weih.

    agreed on your points. The house plan is really well designed and the pricing is also acceptable for the size but the area seems dead to me, people who lived here must depend on Puncak Alam (which is now a booming township) for shopping since they got tesco, econsave and the new jaya grocer

    I was just looking at this place, and had the same exact issue you mentioned (Condo in CBD area vs. Luxurious landed in suburbs). Would be really helpful if you could also review Seresta by L&G Berhad, as I was looking at that place due to location - kinda torn between it with Hamptons.

      Well that really depends on which stage of life you're in. Are you still gonna go full force on your career, or you're gonna shift gears and start a family... It's really up to individuals, hence I just wanna make that option clear.

    I started subscribing your channel 3-4 months ago in the hunt of owned stay semi-D. I am glad you finally reviewed BSC. I bought there last month mainly because of the HUGE land area.
    1 week before HOC announced, there were about 7 semi-D units available, but just after the announcement only left 1! so, by the time you review this, all semi-D and bungalow units finished already, right?
    Crazy. Just like goreng pisang panas.

      Wow. Hmm... I would consider the distance from my workplace first, then the infrastructure elements such as malls, schools, commercial area, basically the convenience to live.

      Yes! Please do! This is a good suggestion because their price points are quite reasonable for the amount of "products" that come with the township. Good to know if it is a good investment or own stay purchase given that it is
      1. Leasehold
      2. Built on swamp land - have heard a few "Warnings" about this feature
      3. Will the surrounding area also be cleared out for more developments with the issue of the Langat Forest Reserve issue being debated lately. It's gone silent, but if they clear that piece of forest reserve, then it will just be gross like BSP... :(

    They developed the land since 2003. Too far away from kL city and I used to own a house at desa coalfield.

      Yea, hence the price is around RM 900k for the unit I visited. Which is very competitive compared to the apartment that we are used to in KL. Hahaha=)

    I'm curious why none of these new developments have no solar panels? It seems no brainer to put them in, is there a reason why solar doesn't seem to be a thing in Malaysia?

      It's due to the high cost, causing it to be a reluctant during the purchasing process. As the house is already 'expensive' in relative to the affordability, the solar panel is merely a preference for now. However, solar panels are more common within commercial buildings around here in Malaysia=)
