That was beautiful when you described the different dietary needs of yourself and your husband. One day I hope to find a woman who is a occultist, I'm a Taoist/Buddhist (one cannot separate them). And a black man, for some reason Chinese culture resonates with me. It just feels right. I appreciate what you are doing for everyone, it's a great gift and I appreciate you. Thank you Benebell.

On the second part of what you said, I feel the same. Years ago my mother was discussing something and she got a bit annoyed and said to me "You must have been asian in your past life!", and she meant it in a joking way, I don't think she was serious, but it just popped out of her in that moment when she had emotion running through her and her mouth wanted to say something. But for some reason I remembered what she said, and years later I reflect back and it seems true. In learning a new language (and then the culture, and now the traditional spiritual approaches that Bell discusses), I started to realise that a lot of the things I do, and have done since I was a child, or have self-taught myself, frequently align much closer to Chinese culture and mysticism than Western ways. The me in this lifetime is very accustomed to Western thinking, knowledge, language, but the way I act, think, perceive, give the impression my soul has been trained through Eastern practises. Regarding my mother, perhaps her spirit may have provided the clue to me in that moment, even though her logical brain in the 3D physical world wouldn't necessarily agree.

As an old Western man with multple pathologies, i have been using an integrated approach to maintaining good health using both western medicine and TCM, even growing and collecting as many Traditional Chinese mediceines as i can. The practice of several martial arts would appear to be a necessary component of this integrated approach, as is growing and preparing our own food to the greatest degree possible. In doing this, i have tricked myself into a variety of enduring Qi Development exercises which are gradually becoming coalescent to make life, one great giant ongoing Qi Development exercise. It's one way to ensure that one never stops changing, and that this dynamic nature remains constant. 😅

OMG, you are AWESOME. Very accurate descriptions, especially about throat and lymph and channeling divinity at around 4:00. I'm VERY MUCH interested in knowing more about resolving any and all stagnation or toxic build-up in the lymphatic system. How do I - if you were to share your personal viewpoint - help myself in balancing my lymphatic flow to pure wonderfully good health again?
I'm gonna search your channel after completing this video for anything relating to this.

One simple method shared with me by my Longmen Pai teacher is to stand with feet shoulder width apart. Keep the feet flat on the ground and gently bounce up and down without the feet ever leaving the ground. Very gently bounce and sway at the hips gently left and right. Start with a few minutes morning and evening. Bouncing pushes fluids through the limbic system and is a great, simple boost to overall immunity and support to the Lymbic process.

SO much re: digestive/gastro-intestinal issues and occult practitioners (or just those who are more emotionally and intuitively sensitive to the world around them-- what's the word going around these days-- highly sensitive person or whatever?)! You hold other people's pain and insecurities in the same place our own pain and insecurities go-- that tummy area-- and when you see suffering in the world that you are helpless to heal, you hold that in the seat of your personal power, which is around the GI area of your body.

Wow Bell so true, as a professional spiritualist, diviner and spiritual counselor. I can't tell you the amount of psychic vampires and parasites that have attempted to come and feed on my psychic abilities. I learned a long time ago how to shield myself from them. I have seen other spiritualist get sick, have tumors on their bodies and die from heart attacks, from working with certain people especially those on the wrong side, of the law needing constant protection, or those who are always convinced someone is hexing them, and some entities tormenting them. I stay far away from those types, I will not have my energy fed and drained.

This is a great topic Benebell, can you pull out say each of 5 elements and talk about that re: chi cultivation? (OMG-edit-the post talks about this just went to it...) I am a healer doing shiatsu and wellness coaching, so I"m very involved in TCM principals. I disagree on one point-(early/middway in video you say there is no one practice...) the ONE practice that can help everyone is meditation- all ancient systems included some form of it. But even there the particular type of meditation may vary. I see later in the video you joke about "3 hours..." which is true too much but your post does give more info on it. So wise words.

It kinda works the otherway around aswell. Not only channelin may affect inmune system but also Weakend and sick people may develop "begginer's luck" or some natural talent for esoteric work, even more, people facing terminal illnesses tend astral project during their last resting evenings on earth.

When I was watching your shadow work video I realised I had been doing the practice of externalizing my shadows via visualizing them and how cool that was that it was this ancient practice that I had no idea about. Then afterwards I felt I ping in my head on the right side and saw it as a tornado above my head. When I spoke to it gently and asked it to appear in animal form it was a sad and tired bunny and I just started crying because I realized she had been running in circles in panic. When I heard you talk about your thoughts in this video I wondered if I had been picking up on an energy that we share some how. Like a thought form. I normally don't comment on videos but I feel very connected to your messages. I'm wondering to if you are an Air moon sign like me (Aquarius Moon). Thank You so much for making videos about semi uncommon topics you are very detailed and that air energy bunny is very wonderful when she can just slow down and eat grass (or cookies lol) Bless🌷❤

Curious, what are your thoughts about Falun Gong? The techniques seem similar to qigong and seem like they could be beneficial, but I have heard that the founder apparently has some hateful teachings with regard to LGBTQ folks as well as people of mixed races. But, I haven't heard this directly from their sources, so I don't know if that's true or just propaganda. Is it possible to benefit from and practice the exercises without supporting the ideology of the founder in a group like that, since I've heard they don't charge for their classes. Also, when they say they are a cultivation system, what does that mean? These are maybe newbie questions. I am mainly asking because I am looking to start an energy work practice and don't have a huge budget so they seemed like a low cost way to do it, I'm just not sure of their ideology.

what if I don't believe any of this.? there are many issues when --- you believe they exist.. I do not. I believe if I channel thru me the divine --- I can let go of the causes of others in order to stay sound and what I channel into reality has no dominion over me... so what I am saying since I feel this way in reaction to someone.. I need not be this way.. I know existence..is great if you can understand how being positive .. is the cross the board effecting everything. --- I can blank slate, my mind and know I am starting over/// --- I like that you are doing these videos 'DON"T STOP' trust who you are and emphasize the positive .. You know when there is negativity is "seeping in" consciously don't allow that to happen. I feel I need not dissolve or release my positive energy in a way that weakens me,.. mundane moderation is neutral and null sets of neutrality --- being centered is the middle path.. the body knows...good karma comes from good actions ... I believe in you but not what "you" esoterically believe.. I have lived without beliefs more then with. (apologize for writing so much most of which was necessary for someone else to read) again thank you .. for doing this talk.

Every act of divination transcends logic and creativity.
Humans can't truly know thyself until they accept Jesus instead of feeling tied down to the things of the world.
If astrology was truly good then the world would be a better place and everyone will be happy but in this virtual world that man has created is temporary.
    Astrology just satisfies the ego.
    They're things visible and invisible.
I meditate so therefore I truly know what's going on in our world.
We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness in high places. We humans shouldn't act like beast of the fields.
