They say everyone has some sort of PARASITE in their body. Im doing a parasite cleanse now. Im on week 3. The die off symptoms were the same and started 3 days after I started my treatment (Black Walnut & Wormwood Combination - 1 1/2 dropper 2x a day).
Rash all over! Including my face!
(I didn't precleanse. (eat clean for 3days before I started.)
    Big mistake!)
I found out about the absorbers to clean up the dying worms and such (Activated Charcoal -2capsels & Psyllium Husk - 1tbsp 8 oz warm/hot water, which I add:
Cinnamon, Clove, Tumeric, & Black Pepper 2x a day). Started having 3-4 bowel movements a day. Which is a healthy, normal amount.
They don't tell us this. 🤦🏿‍♀️
EPSOM SALT BATHS AT LEAST 3x a week. The rash & itching went away in 3 days. Them baths are a MUST!
I almost stopped treatment before the baths.😅
Now Im in week 3 and Im experiencing exhaustion. Want to sleep all the time. I messed up during my fast and ate a burger because I had work to do, & my body needed that protein. I felt much better! Im back to the clean eatting (Lots of carrots & veggies), but Im sleepy.
*Blood pressure went from 169/98 average to 128/81 in a week!
My celulite on my thighs dissapeared in 2 weeks!
*I also take Oil of Oregano tincture 3x a week to help kill the eggs & keep a herpes outbreak at bay. Which tried to flare up the first week. I also take 1000mg of Lysine daily for that too!
-Chopped up RAW GARLIC & RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS are your friends too!
    1 1/2 week left! 😁
My cycle is coming soon. I can't wait to see how my body is going to act! 🙂
    ***NO COLD FOODS OR DRINKS
I drink warm/hot Water with 🍋 ALL DAY, EVERYDAY. YOU NEED LOTS OF WATER! 🌊
Along with daily vitamins & a good PROBIOTIC.
I hope this helps someone. 💪🏿

      UPDATE CONT.:
I am still doing the clover, garlic, tea, psyllium husk (2x wk), oil of oregano, and warm water.
These things fight back. After I stopped the herbs, it felt like they started spreading all over my body. Today it felt like one was biting my stomach. Sharp pain! I took the pumpkin seeds and Black Walnut/ Wormwood tincture and it stopped biting my stomach.
I'm nervous now. So I'm going to walk into the doctor's tomorrow. I need labs an an emergency ultrasound. I'm also going to request a gastroenterologist.
We must be our own advocate. Because I've told at least 9 Drs I thought I had them, & was laughed at and ignored.

      My Update for anyone interested:
The hemoglobin decreased again when I stopped eating animal protein (in every meal)
So I started eating Kosher beef - ground meat (Try to find organic, grass fed or kosher meat) 2x a day.
It tends to be easier to digest when its soft & ground than regular meat.
Also taking 6 good quality liver capsules daily.
      Enough Vitamin C capsules.
Less oxalate foods, apparently its an issue (they inhibit iron absorption)
I suspended foods that irritate my gut for now:
No dark chocolate or regular chocolate.
      No coffee.
      No potatoes (temporarily)
      (Do your oxalate research)
When hemoglobin increases again I do believe we can relax more with food in general.
Making sure there's no blood loss somewhere in the body.
      Enough Water. (Filtered)
2 small cold pressed coconut oil spoons daily.
I draw blood every 15 days to check.

Then upon taking the meds each day I take the meds I feel like I am more extremely tired than before. I am taking the stuff that treats the intestines. Bentonite clay is a good toxin absorber, too, for the die-off period. Candida can cause leaky gut, so then all of the nasties ect go into the blood. So, having a binder and taking a good gut- liner healing plant is also helpful.

Get your heart checked out by a cardiologist. If you’re cleared for any structural problems, it might simply be a gastro-cardic connection (Roemheld syndrome) due to the gas pressure irritating the vagus nerve, or causing direct pressure on the heart, or tissues which mechanically connect to the heart.

@@emilybyers5282 if you suffer from bloating after eating, and stool problems like urgency, or even diarrhea, or conversely rather constipation, you very likely have SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) or IMO (Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth). It is imperative to get a lactulose (NOT lactose, but lactULose) breath test done to see if it’s indeed the case, and, if so, which gases are present. Hydrogen gas (H2) is indicative of SIBO, while methane (CH4;with or without hydrogen gas) is indicative of IMO). Depending on the result, you should treat with antibiotics or prokinetics and address root causes (in case of SIBO, often anti-vinculin autoimmune antibodies due to previous gastroenteritis).
If nothing helps, look into Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and address the root cause for that, which can be very difficult to find but nonetheless possible.
      Good luck!

I have been doing a candida cleanse for at least a couple months. My situation is extreme, because I have had both toenail and fingernail fungus for many years. I did cleanses before but only did one box that I would get from the health food store figuring it would take care of it. When it didn't go away, I would be discouraged because the cost of buying the cleanses isn't chap. I finally got fed up and decided to just go for the gusto. I pick up the next box before the one I am on runs out, which consists of capsules, which I take two in the morning and a tincture that I take at night. I have experienced yeast on the skin on my chest. I used an antifungal cream for two or three days and that took care of it. I am wanting to know if it is possible to also have a persistent cough as a die off symptom if you have candida in the lungs, because I have had this cough that has lasted for well over a month. I have had to live on cough medicine and cough drops, which is probably nt helping the yeast situation. I sometimes cough up small amount of phlegm or something very tiny that I'm not sure if it is phlegm or something else. I don't want to take an antibiotic or that will undo everything I have been aiming for, but I need to know if this could be a die off symptom as well since I have had it for so many years.

Thank you! I've done a metal and parasite detox. Now I'm doing the Candida. It's in my mouth as well. I was eating all kinds of mushrooms. Can that help it grow? I thought no but I stopped anyways. The die off sucks. Some days I'm super exhausted. I broke out in these blisters in a odd place that freaked me out and its so hard to sleep at night. I also have a headache. I took something to remove the toxins and I'm drinking tea. I also use a PEMF therapy coil to help kill it off faster. There's frequencies on here for Candida if anyone wants extra aid with their detoxing. My cravings was carbs and alcohol. So I quit drinking. Limiting the carbs isn't easy since I cook for my fam. I felt a positive energy in my intestines that I've never felt and also in my head so I know I'm on the right track. Good luck everyone! 🙌

Fruit and mostly carnivore diet . Seems grease and carbs trigger me . Not sure what this is but I’ve been researching . I’m usually a very healthy person so I assume whatever it is is related to something I ate mixed with stress….

Skipping/Jumping on the spot for 10 mins per day is great for the lymphatic system.
Drink lots of water to help flush the toxins (add a pinch or two of sea salt for electrolytes)
Sauna would really help but you'll likely get a good sweat on with the skipping so not essential.
I think I remember Bentonite clay and activated charcoal are good at ADsorbing toxins as well but I'll have to check that information

I’m pretty sure I have this severely and for months on end, I’m terrified. My mouth has been full of thrush for almost 3 months now and my throat has been in such pain, my tonsils are developing tonsil stone everyday and their swollen like crazy, parts of my toe nails turn yellow, constant brain fog, and a lot of other symptoms. I have a video appointment on Monday and hoping I can get in to get this tested, I’m terrified it went into my bloodstream

It started when I got my son a kitten, she had ringworm. The kids broke out, they looked like they had chicken pox until it all turned into red rings all over. I had no symptoms but got medication anyways with them. They healed and I soon ended up with athletes foot, my back started getting extremely itchy so I always had a back scratching stick. I was gaining weight and didn’t know why, just slowly crept up on me. I ended up getting what looked like age spots on both tops of my feet and crept up my leg a bit. My bottom legs were itchy and blotchy then ended up getting Cellulitis, excruciating pain! I had this about 5 times so far. Now I started getting sore when waking in the morning, then it grew worse. I would wake up with my uterus contrasting so badly and my back in a lot of pain. Felt like back labour. (I’ve been to the dr about 4 times after this point but they brushed it all off as other things) I could feel the pain area growing. It would grow up my back slowly. I’m at the point now where when I wake up IF I even sleep because I have obligations like getting my kids to school and cleaning, making their lunches and work etc. I know if I sleep I won’t be able to get up for them. It takes me about half hour to slowly move myself out of bed to a standing position. I lost bladder control twice trying to get out of bed. Now I’m at the point where I’ll wake up and I can not move my body at all, I wiggle mi fingers slowly and then toes and wrists and ankles etc. I have no coordination when reaching for stuff when I wake up. Every move and even not moving feels so painful I cry and j have a high pain tolerance my kids will bring me a Freezy and the active having to hold it in the sweetness gets me focussed off the pain. When you wake up, I’m always craving sweets and I’ve never like sweets in my life but here. The coldness of it just helps a lot for me to get out of bed and then I’ll go right into the tub and my body slowly comes back to normal. It takes a while. It’s hard for me to even walk to the washroom. I can’t bend over or anything. So I like to avoid all that as much as I could, which makes me so tired that when I sleep, sometimes I just knock out for a day. This is not good at all. Just about a month ago I noticed that there’s some white patches under my eyelid skin. It’s the colony I guess it’s called. There’s a couple of them on each eyelid so it makes me look like I have a hooded eyes and that a good 10 years on your looks which I don’t need right now lol i’m also seeing all over my eyes now I feel like I gotta rub them and there’s that white stuff you could see it inside the mucus. The eyeball got sinus infection. I use one of those little nose cameras, and you could see the little tiny white up sporadically inside the nasal cavity, and my mucus in my nose is spotted with white and my tongue and the back by the throat way back. I don’t know what it’s called but the little bumps on your tongue like a cat that it looks like it’s all separated and white under my breasts always have a yeast infection going on and the groin so I’m constantly washing and keeping dry. I’m a very clean person so this has been a disgusting reality check on life. I can’t swallow if I havent swallowed any food in a few hours dI have this dry patch of skin on my calf that drys up instantly when out of the shower it bath. My legs skin is shedding at an weird rate so I give them a good gentle scrub to get it all off because I noticed under the black light my skin looked like it had a think layer of something over my feed my and legs. With exfoliation and every day cleaning it finally had been rubbed off. I can’t stretch my legs and point my toes or I get a Charlie horse so bad I’m unable to move until it’s gone. My finger nails are so bad along with my toe nails. My legs sometimes look like tree stumps. So thick and I can’t wear most socks. My stomach is bloated beyond anything I’d ever think. It’s like it’s just growing in my gut and I’m not able to remove it so it just continues to grow. Inside me. My urine always has a light white fog in it tiny spots Bailey visible. My poop always has white floating debris and loose texture. I’m into microscopy so I’ve had a nice look at many areas is suspicion munch showed that it was present in the area tested. Looking at my skin under a woods lamp shows all the colony’s on my body. When I rub an area the patches puff up and a few pin size white stuff comes up. If I remove it, more shoots out. My scalp is itchy a lot and it made a few scars from that. Wounds have a hard time healing I’m just a mess.
I’m RH-0 neg blood maybe they really like me like mosquitos do lol I have conversations now where I can’t for the life of me remember the word for something. I can’t even talk with out trying to remember a word. I guess it’s all just working its way around to kill me, it’s a very painful life to live and to top it off my kids dad and j love together and he’s a malignant narcissist!! To the book, every single thing said about them is him like some weird crazy podcast scary story.
If you’ve made it this far dr or anyone else with experience, does it sound like a bad case of candida and fungal/yeast or am I imagining it like the doc seems to think because by time time I get there I’m not in pain anymore and seem like a normal person. Back pain is normal with age. Bla bla bla like this is not normal. I wish someone would see it for what it is so I can know how to cure myself. I need to see my kids grow up, graduate, all their firsts. First gf first car, get married. Have kids. Be a grandmother … at this rate I don’t know what will happen to me next.

I’m not taking an antifungal, yet, I’m looking into if there’s something I should add or watch out for, I just started doing Dr. Burg style healthy keto (seven cups vegetables, high fat (nuts, seeds, avocado, meat, butter, fish oil), under 30 carbs, lemon juice, ACV, vit D with K2, and pink salt) and a week in there was an immediately shift and candida started coming out of my body with thick oral trush, gas, headache, but also my bloating stomach is noticeably deflating! It’s odd in that I feel more full, but my belly bloat is gone. I have long suspected my body just can’t handle sugar and grains(I also have some family members with celiac and diabetes, although they’ve never found that in me). Right now I don’t feel fatigue as much as I feel energetic until I feel I should drink some AVC/lemon water and take a nap like my body just wants me to rest more and hydrate while it evicts what didn’t belong and I feel better in some ways and it sounds like temporarily worse in other ways. In thinking about it anti-fungal properties are actually in apple cider vinegar. I’m only taking a teaspoon. Maybe I’ll up that to a tablespoon and add a probiotic pill, although how can they know what kind of probiotics we need when we all have different diets? I know I could add sauerkraut, kimchi, or low-carb yogurt for the probiotics too. Food is medicine. God help us all as we figure out how to care for these bodies. I mean it, God help us. Amen

I also feel I’m not tolerating the nystatin well like I previously was, because my herxheimer reactions are much more severe and unbearable. I've discovered that it must be biofilms somewhere in my guts that be making it hard to get success with treating myself for candida overgrowth. I am past the diarrhea and bloating stage and I don't have GERD any more, but I find it seems to relapse. So, I figure that I need some Biofilm disruptors to take in coordination with my candida overgrowth treatment. Then again it maybe SIBO, or SIFO so I'll take that stuff too. It seems to be pretty much the same type stuff, depending on what part of the intestinal tract it wants to digest the stuff at, earlier or later. Or so it seems to reason to me. Maybe I'll grind the stuff up into a powder for SIBO, then take the stuff in chunks for candida overgrowth. That may work.

I did a parasite cleanse one day and I have been extremely constipated, nauseous, feeling like I need to vomit major lower back pain some center back pain on the sides feels like I am constantly sick, I don’t feel like eating food sometimes when I do eat it’s chicken noodle soup and then I am fool. I am extremely fatigued, it’s hard for me to sleep at night. I keep waking up and needing to go pee or a lot of the times I feel like I have to poop but I can’t. Hands are extremely dry and my left hand is dried out and cracked open. I’m extremely scared and worried. When I look my symptoms up on the internet I don’t like what I see and I really get scared and I am at the point of what am I supposed to do. Please help.

      ABSOLUTELY NO!!!!!!!!!
I used to get sick frequently and end up with sinus infections about every 3 months. Before I knew better, the doctor would put me on antibiotics to clear up the sinus infections. And to combat the killing of the good bacteria by the antibiotic, the doctor would prescribe taking the “probiotic” Saccharomyces boulardii. This was the best kind to take, she said. It sure smelled like yeast to me but she called it a probiotic. And I trusted that she knew what she was doing.
Every. Single. Time. I Ended Up With A Rip Roaring Yeast Infection and had to go on Nystatin. I finally confronted her about what she was prescribing for me to take. That the S. Boulardii was most likely the source of the yeast infection. Other doctors in the clinic have since confirmed that was Not a good choice. Do Not Combat Yeast With More Yeast. Turns out it’s not like fighting fire with fire, it’s more like pouring gas on it.
