    The best candida home remedies:
    1. Take a probiotic and consume probiotic foods
    2. Avoid sugar and dairy
    3. Avoid carbs (do Healthy Keto®)
    4. Avoid sugar alcohols
    5. Consume capric acid (coconut oil or MCT oil)
    6. Consume vegetable fiber
    7. Consume natural herbal antibiotics (garlic, oregano oil, thyme, sage, or turmeric)
    8. Take bile salts on empty stomach
    ( non Tudca type )

My daughter had candida in her mouth at age 13. Her tongue was white. I tried prescription drugs and they did nothing. Then at work one day (I was a nurse) we got these mouth wipes for patients with tube feeds. I knew just then I was shown the cure for my daughter's candida. I stopped on the way home and bought benzoyl peroxide for $1.oo and told her every morning and every evening mix the peroxide with about 5 or 6 times the amount of water and rinse for 30 seconds and spit out. Candida gone in a couple days and at age 32 it has never returned for her. 1 part peroxide to 5 parts water.

This is very dangerous. You are not supposed to ingest Benzoyl Peroxide. Why are you, as a nurse, promoting it?

@@andanotherthing619She said "rinse for 30 seconds and spit out ", so she's speaking of using it as a mouthwash, not ingesting it. @@sheritamcclure6087 Thanks for your reply - I read the original very carefully, and looked up the substance... It is used for acne mostly, and in several reputable places like the UK NHS website, it says 'not for oral use', which to me says 'do not put in your mouth', not just 'don't swallow'. It is a poison, and while a nurse might be happy to supervise its use, it's not good advice to the general public. But I appreciate your explanation!

@@andanotherthing619 I appreciate your explanation as well. Here in the United States, dentists will occasionally advise a rinse like she's speaking of, especially after a mouth trauma or oral surgery. As usual, different doctors giving different advice and confusing us all. 😂

      @andanotherthing619 ปีที่แล้ว +46

Yes, ain't that the truth! The UK has strict regulations about being allowed to buy such liquids and advises against using them as mouthwash as they are likely to damage tooth enamel and soft tissues. Think I'll stick to a change in diet and hope that works instead!

I first got a bad candida infection after a 2 weeks course of antibiotics. Literally overnight I started getting hundreds of small, white, sticky lumps all over my face, neck shoulders and upper back. I had also become intolerant to dairy products. That was 25 years ago. I eventually cut out all diary produce and greatly reduced my sugar intake. That was after seeking help and being put on a strict diet for several weeks to starve and kill the candida. I think back to when I raised the initial issue with my Dr and how he was adamant that the antibiotics weren't to blame. I knew he was wrong. It took me years of struggle with the infection and trying to research the condition in the attempt to find a solution. I still get very small flare ups from time to time but I think I now need to try and get rid of the issue for good. So thanks for the advice. I will introduce probiotics to my diet and will greatly reduce my carbs and sugar intake once again.

It is unfortunate that pharmaceutical companies are permitted to incentivize physicians for prescribing their medications. These incentives may take the form of luxurious trips, such as a visit to the Bahamas, in exchange for prescribing a specified number of patients to take a particular drug, which is often intended for long-term maintenance use. This creates a disincentive for physicians to seek and promote more holistic, curative treatments, such as dietary and nutritional modifications. Instead, they may resort to prescribing pills to every patient that walks through their door, perpetuating a cycle of dependence on medication. This practice not only fails to address the root cause of health problems, but it also undermines the financial interests of both physicians and pharmaceutical companies, as a healthier patient population would result in reduced demand for medication and, subsequently, lost revenue. Thankfully, the advent of the internet has provided a platform for physicians, such as Dr. Berg, who possess in-depth knowledge of the impact of nutrition on our health to reach a growing audience. This will hopefully lead to a greater dissemination of evidence-based information on the importance of diet in maintaining optimal health.

I suffered from candida in my throat for months and months. When I switched to the carnivore diet and began taking Nystatin the problem resolved itself in a few days. One of the worst parts was going to the doctor. My GP didn't know why I had a persistent sore throat so she prescribed me antibiotics which immediately made things much worse. I then visited an ENT four times over the course of several months and was dismissed each time as apparently being asymptomatic despite the intense burning sensation in my esophagus. They were treating me as if I was getting tonsil stones (likely due to inflammation from the candida) because of poor hygiene and that the pain I was feeling in my throat was from said tonsil stones. So incredibly insulting. All they did was tell me to gargle with mouthwash. Finally after I realized that they had a camera they could use to look in my throat, I insisted that they use it. That is when they figured out I had a candida infection. The ineptitude of those ladies was/is mind blowing. I spent so much money too. Peak ENT Center Golden Colorado

Dr. Berg, good . I am trying to continue to healthy. I’ve been experiencing yeast infections and thrush symptoms on my tongue from antibiotics. I also had a DKA two years ago almost to the date and was in a diabetic coma for 3 days. Stayed in the hospital for a week. I started watching and learning about how to prevent issues and started a keto lifestyle. My blood sugar was 1,524 upon entering the hospital and I am very grateful to be alive today. I took your advice and ordered the products to regulate my blood sugar levels and my A1C was 10.2 February 12, 2021 and as of today it is 5.8! I don’t eat food the first 4 hours of waking up every morning and I switched to coconut sugar and I eat 1 meal or two meals a day. Low sugar intake and protein and low carbs. I’ve lost weight but I’m experiencing low blood sugar and low blood pressure episodes so doctors say to never do keto and I need more carbs and I need to eat more food. I was put on insulin during the crisis but now I’m on no insulin just diet and exercise. I wish I could get doctors to understand that if I hadn’t started the process from watching your videos I probably would be still on insulin and doing much worse. I’ve trained myself this way and now they are telling me that I should eat first thing in the morning and add more carbs and eat stuff I swore out of my diet. I know that I’m insulin free because of what you are teaching your followers and I’m forever grateful for your service to all.

I had come to the conclusion that I was stuck with it, I couldn't really afford to go back to the doctor and ask them to be more liberal with the liquid nitrogen. I've heard that curcumin's beneficial properties in turmeric are only good for 30 days AFTER the root has been powered and we don't know how long ago that was done when we purchase it in that form. Therefore, according to this information the best and most beneficial way to take turmeric/curcumin is raw root sliced, chopped, or minced.

My friend who was plagued with genital candida no longer has a problem since she has started exercising. Another person I know, who is diabetic, can always count on getting yeast infections on her tongue if her sugar gets out of control. I kept putting body lotion on, and until one night after scratching my belly and looking down after pushing my belly in to look at it, my belly button was 5 times it’s regular size, protruding outwards, and purple in color. My appendix scar next to it was red! I googled a purple belly protruding belly button, and read it was a Candida growing within the skin..not on the skin. Tea Tree Essential Oil mixed with body lotion gave instant relief to the itch. Am taking Protease and EDTA on an empty stomach to “hunt” for any Candida biofilms inside my body that also harbor bacteria that “hide” inside the biofilm protected from the body’s white cells.

Thank you again for your health care Dr Berg- it is so clear that you actually do care about the health of the masses! I know in USA that candida is more well known as a cause of many many symptoms but in UK the GPs have absolutely no idea how it infiltrates our bodies and shows up as symptoms they like to attribute to other conditions. They treat the symptoms without addressing the underlying issue. I realised almost 5 years ago that it was the cause of a whole host of issues in my failing body and was left to try to solve it myself while refusing medication (antidepressants to treat fibromyalgia!!!) they offered that would only have further limited my already very limited liver function. Your information has quite literally saved my life. Keto lifestyle also seems to help my ASD as the sugar highs and lows made it so much harder to regulate mood and energy levels, now I am eating what my body actually needs it functions better in every way possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you and so much love to you and your wife from Scotland ♡

Dandelions are not “weeds” in fact they’re an excellent source of micro nutrients.

Any plant can be a weed, the definition of which is a plant growing in a place where it is not desired. 🥀

When you get down do the creator knowledge. All what they call weeds and we spray chemicals on them and destroy mother earth ,40 yrs back my sister was on a liver transplant list , I got her on milk thistle ,and had her quit all processed foods , she lived another 50 yrs 😅 ,keep in mind in the scripture every thing you need will be provided ,fake food ,fake medicine ,is not provided by the creator , there are many survival training courses out there go to them and then wander out in nature ,every thing is thier

They are weeds, but it doesn't mean that weeds can't be useful.

This is wrong. Dandelions, much like Hawkbit, Hawkbeard and Crepis are literally classed as 'FlatWEEDS'.

Had a neighbor that used to fry them up. Tasty just like morrells, she was a barefoot summer girl said there was only certain times you could cook them. I tried them because she was too sweet to say no to, and they were great every time. 🤷‍♂️

I have a question, if antibiotics are killing ALL "biotics" in the gut, shouldn't you wait until you are done with the course of antibiotics before you start taking probiotics? I mean, won't the antibiotics just kill all of the probiotics that you put in your gut until you stop taking the antibiotics?

Caprylic acid was the bomb for me. I’d had candidas for a long time, had already eliminated sugar but a Holistic practitioner put me on caprylic acid and it was gone in 30 days.

There is actually evidence that candida can consume ketones😲... AND neutrophilic (white blood cell) engulfing of candida is impaired by the presence of BOTH excess glucose and ketones. So, I hypothesize that a middle of the road, not overly-restrictive healthy diet is best for candida.

    Dr Berg
Up till now I dont think I have ever heard of Candida (except in a song)
The symptoms and the causes that you describe puts me, without knowing a Candida sufferer.
After a good workout I have noticed that my sweat has a strong smell of amonia. The itchiness in the groin area plus a raised type of rash around the neck and shoulders,
You mention a yeast build up which could cause Uric Acid, in turn gout which I suffer from time to time
I was not a big consumer of sugar till the pandemic hit and with the lockdowns that seemed to go on forever i found
myself eating foods with sugar (In Australia we had the most severe lockdowns)
When I visit my Doctor again do I ask him to test for Candida or multiple tests ie Ph etc

I'm having an eczema condition which could never cured by medications and I didn't know why? My foot would itch for hours before I sleep everyday. After watching a metabolism video of Dr. Berg two days before I stopped my morning milk tea and skipped sugar and snacks between meals. Alhamdulillah I'm relieved because my foot is calm just like me. But craving for sugar was immense like you said. I had some dates as I was unable to control. fortunately the itchiness didn't occur. Thank you doctor.

Yeah what he said. Aaaaaaaand when you have it on your feet: Get the powder stuff, buy two new pairs of shoes and new socks (yes, toss all of the old ones and buy cotton socks not wool or synthetic and leather shoes not synthetic) and switch them daily or more. Put the shoes in the freezer overnight, every night. Wash socks 60 degrees celcius and als store in freezer. Thank me later by liking this post.

I got systemic candida after Dr. put me on antibiotics for a year for a UTI. Then I got parasites. Took years to balance and still have issues.
Very interesting about the alkaline conditions preferred by Candida.
    Saurkraut is awesome.
I went without fruit for 10 years! I don't think that was healthy and now that I'm eating fruit my nails have gotten very pronounced ridges and lumps. Dr. Sebi says that's part of a cleanse but I don't know.

Hello, thank you so much for this information! I’m really inspired to watch all of your videos and share this information with my family and friends. Obviously they won’t listen but I’m glad you changed me and my lifestyle. I hope you are doing well and I have favour if you could give your opinion on using hyaluronic acid (put on the face as cream/serum) and pancreatic cancer, apparently there is research showing pancreatic cancer feeds on this acid. Thank you so much!
