MATCHBOX Restoration No 13c Thames Wreck Truck 1961

This Thames Wreck Truck showed signs of being a once loved toy. Who ever owned it as a child wanted to paint it to resemble something that was dear to them. I'm guessing that their Father was a garbage truck driver or similar and so they painted this truck to look like their father's truck. They also removed the crane jib so that it looked more like what they were trying to replicate! - But, HELLO, Marty'smatchboxmakeovers was made for this. I restored it to it's original condition so that in the future people can see what we played with in the 60's.
