Aethertide whale and lightning runner is an infinite combo with satya, surprised it was cut. Allow me to explain, attack with satya and lightning runner, copy aether tide whale, 8 energy right there, pay 8, another combat after untapping, do it all over again infinite combats. It’s a fragile combo but it came in the precon which is crazy
You do have a point, but I believe that it's not needed because having 6 energy and a satya with runner will assure you have enough energy to get 2 tokens on the field before you run out which also goes infinite. The whale is just not needed
My biggest focus is trying to protect satya as much as possible because you can get your licks in with him for a couple turns before he starts getting murked. Need a dolmen gate, iroas, etc
Thoughts on: Shaun, Father of Synths. Copy Legends Atsushi, the Blazing Sky. Copies will die due to LR but still get the 3 treasures, I also run Riveteers Requisitioners when they die as well for treasures. Sakashima the Impostor. Copy Legends or Satya Utvara Hellkite. Lots of 6/6 Dragons on ETBs
Question, would you say poker taq and anointed procession are interchangeable with mondrak? Which of the three would be the most ideal to run? Would you run all three if you could?
If you smashed the mh3 and fallout energy deck together who is the best commander ? Dr Madison ? How do you smash those together than do 300 upgrade budget after smashing the two
Yeah that's what I'm wondering. I think I'm just going to make some minor changes to the creative energy precon, and possibly just a handful of the fallout precon cards

Yes there are some well known cards in the upgrade because we can afford them now. If you look at this with the additions from the $100, the deck itself runs very well. We try and find a good blend of cards that work with the theme of the deck and make it run better. That sometimes includes cards we have seen before.
@@GuysThatMagicI’ll echo what was said but try to do it constructively. It’s a real shame to come and try and see an upgrade guide for a unique direction or theme and see it’s just similar cards as any other deck for the upgrade. It’s not the best viewing experience, even if the deck itself is stronger. It also means you’re repeating why the card works for the deck which tunes us off as it works in any deck (and they just work in any deck). The deck theme feels off because despite the list probably looking very different for yourself, but on the viewer end, we’re seeing similar upgrades and reasons for generic cards. Adding a theme or a subtheme on top of your deck would have given it more spice. More ETB triggers? This commander does well with ETB’s. Want to do energy, lean into energy and the payoffs? Take or leave the feedback, but it’s a shame because I tend to enjoy your videos.

Bloodthirster would be better than Port Razer, since it has flying and does the same thing.
Bloodthirster only untaps itself where Port Razer untaps everything.

I hadn't even considered the impact of Roaming Throne. I was lucky enough to pull one of these with the Merfolk deck sample booster.
If you can get multiple of them, the impact is exponential. So good!
