Wow ! So simple yet that's why so many people missed it. Perception is awareness. Most of my life I been aware of my flaws when I never needed to be. I thought it would make me stronger because I wouldn't repeat the same mistake twice. The truth was I created much bigger mistakes because my perception of my reality was so warped. Look at what your perception honestly and take responsibility for it then make it what you desire. Well at least that's what I learned from this Ted talk
And this is why I absolutely love Ted. Thank you for this truly magnificent talk, for sharing your story so powerfully and offering this path for limitless individual potential. IF you can’t pull something life changing from a talk like this, you’re missing something big time!
It's interesting that in some ways the core of Zen is the same message : Your perception IS the illusion of reality - shift your perspective and you do indeed transform the reality you perceive as otherwise it just _is_. While not always the clearest message at time, this video is probably one of the better takeaways that will make you think - its easy to limit our perception and just go in the same circles, the point of his message is the only true way to break out of that is to expand and shift your perception. Look for opportunity and think in those terms, don't restrict your thinking to only the negative might be another way to put it.
Ugh. Props for getting up and doing a Ted Talk but taking minutes to slowly get started... asking, again and again... how is it that this person and that did this... how is it... repeated, and repeated... and did you really say Steve Jobs went through so much? He was born at the right time in silicon valley, met the right people and the rest is history... I know his life. Never heard of him being a Viktor Frankle or Abraham Lincoln. Anyway. Worst Ted Talk.
Jeremy is not only a great motivational speaker, he is also the type of guy who would make a great partner & father.

nice one coach
GEE yet another person who was misdiagnosed as " ADHD" (According to his kindergarten "teacher" ) What a great spirit and inspiration good for him !!
11:52 Can't listen anymore of it. No clues delivered.
I only heard a desperate attempt for recognition. I hope he will learn to love himself without thinking that he has to do 'anything' to earn it.
The delivery is a bit awkward...
