GSX-R1000R hands down the more bang for your buck! Not a fan of the fact that the latest gen does not have integrated turn signals like any other bike out there, including the smaller suzukis. And for the spec sheet warriors, it has 5 more hp than the R1 😊

I used to have a Ducati1098 .. It was a beast... wild.. proper head turner.. but it was piss expensive to maintain.. But i got a chance to ride a GSXR 1000k8 once... And i was dam impressed with how nice it was to ride... really smooth on the power delivery and being able to set the power setting was helpful.

Ive had my (used) 2015 RSV4 for almost 7,000 miles. The only maintenance cost so far has been oil and filters. As long as you know how to watch a youtube video, its not overly difficult to work on. I just did a valve check a few weeks ago and it took 5 tools and 3 hours.

Yes sir! As a Ducatista you agin nailed me to a tee spent 30k on my V4s and I could got a more comfortable ride on a Apria Toronto for about $17 and got a v4 engine Brimbo brakes, Orelins electric suspension!! But my Duc is great Makes me very happy just looking @ it in my Garage!!
I’ve had many bikes over the years, I currently have a CBR 600F4, a Gen I Hayabusa, a Honda cruiser, and a ‘23 Yamaha MT-10, and I have never loved or enjoyed a bike even close to as much as I do the MT-10. I’m a Honda fanboy, and I willingly simply for my MT-10. Best 1000cc bike I have ever even looked at.
I have a generation 1 Hayabusa 2005 was thinking about the mt-10 what's the difference like in torque power everything how do you compare the two and most importantly comfort my old beat up body is starting to hurt on the Hayabusa.

Separate of the .01 percent of the population that has both the skill and a private track, none of it matters. They will all blow the socks off the average dude. I am so glad I have a Yamaha R1M, not as fast as the new liter bikes but not slow in anyway. I can usually hang with new liter bikes, plus that crossplane sound is just imaculate. Not to mention, it's very affordable to maintain....
I have a 2023 Triumph Speed Triple 1200RR .Only seen 1 other,ever .They can't sell them here in Florida. I bought it after watching a video of yours . I wanted fast ,but not 200 HP . I love my bike ,but I am 69 .I like not being 1 of the masses . The bike suits me fine .
I have a 2022 zx 10r and 2023 r1 love both of them and both are very fast, a lot of fun, and very different but I like the fact they are different and seriously would have a hard time choosing one over the other. Great bikes!
Love your channel, Yammie! Always great advice. Only 1L bike I could bend my old spine into was the 40th anniversary ZX-10R - absolutely love the sound and feel of it. Everyone at the shop has an R1, they swear by them but not for old guys. Keep up the great content.
I know this is an older vid but own a fully tuned 2023 MT-10. Thinking if I had the money, it would be fun to have an R1 in my stall. Love the Italians but when it comes to issues, parts can take time. I just want to have fun and not wait for parts. But, my absolute favorite is the Aprilia RSV4. A friend has one and have seen a taste of it can do.
The ducati one made me laugh. I have a V4S. And a ZH2, and a fully modified Jeep, and a couple other very expensive toys 😅. The V4S has very low miles 😅. Now I guess I have to go find out if he's right about the B group track rider thing 😂

I’m 55 with a creaky back. My liter bike is a 2022 Versys 1000 because anything that puts my arse in the prostate exam position is no go, like every bike on this list.
I own an Acura RSX Type s since 2002. The original battery lasted 11 yrs. . It was a Panasonic. I do not see any other bike than Honda and Yamaha so successful at GP. The drivers? Maybe. Lawnmower, pressure washer, all vehicles, plus bikes are all Honda. Longest lasting, easy to maintain and more refined than others. I have owned Toyota Cressida, Corona, Tacomas, Corollas. Nissan Maxima, Sentra, Datsun pickups. Mazda Rotary engines and conventional. And all motorcycles. In my humble opinion Honda is best.
I have an RSV4 and it's amazing. Where I live we have a main dealer and a really good indie shop that does great work. The Triumph is an underrated masterpiece though. I test rode one and it was smooth and had more than adequate power. It didn't have the mind-melting acceleration of my Aprilia or a Panigale, but it is well clear of any smaller displacement bike. Plus it was a very smooth, refined, and expensive feeling ride. I wouldn't mind parking next to my other bikes.

If I ever get a crotch rocket it'll be a zx10r, but I would never use that bike anywhere near it's potential, also not a fan of the riding stance so I feel like it's be uncomfortable as hell. I love my ftr 1200, comfortable and low end beastly torque for days. Only had it at 100mph and that's more than fast enough for me lol. Love the look of that zx10r though, maybe one day if I have money to burn for a fun bike on the side.
You know what a lot of stuff depends on the bike set up for example ZX 10 R I seen it beat just about everything Hayabusa, the Yamaha R1 you name it and then it depends what it runs against. I seen the high of beat the ZX 14 R Kawasaki people say The CX 14 R is a Hayabusa killer both bikes when when they race each other I seen mixed results between the Hayabusa and ZX 14r this stuff is like trying to get fitted for a suit. It depends on what fit you your style functions features. What do you like? That’s what comes down to everybody won’t agree on the same bike. That’s why it’s so many different makes and types and set ups so we can’t get caught up in what what and was not only what we want and what we feel right withbottom line like some people talk stuff about the Hayabusa. That’s a nice riding bike. It just depends on what do you want as a bike rider?
I prefer the list format with the entertainment style video and editing. The dictating stats, scripts on the side and narration podcast style isn't as entertaining for some reason. On another note Yamie I truly appreciate your writing skills and channel. Thank you!

The most comfortable one is the right one for me. They are all crazy fast and all handle great.
Then go for S 1000 RR
GSXR 1000 is the most comfortable generally. Most street friendly geometry IMO. But I dont recomend getting a new one just not worth the money

I live in New York (Buffalo), so seeing yammie in a winter coat while in the state of Texas is just humorous to me.

BMW S1000RR is the most superior liter bike in every way.
Its that superior they had to copy a k5/6 both the gixxer and s1krr are amazing bikes
It is a great bike, but there is way more cult following with the s1000rr. Doesn't mean it's superior at all.

36 years old, and i really like my 2020 bmw s1000rr. No complaints. I used to have an r1 and the bmw is far superior.

If i were to pick a liter bike i would go Honda for looks in my opinion very few years i think look bad. Luckily i know my skill level is limited to 650s. So I will stick to 300cc to 650cc bikes. Be safe out their brothas
