    loved the pace but the only thing beginner about that class was the breathing lol but I think I now understand that its more about beginning in ashtanga. I really like the way he used the mat. more variations would have been nice but I appreciate the time of the class may have limited that. I long for classes that are more dedicated to people that do weightlifting and have more muscles as all the jumping back and through became too much. The weight of my body and muscle mass requires something less bouncy.

      Which one ? Do you mean The 'Focussed 12' at 37:13 ? It is John's way of bringing the group he is leading into focus.
