When I first bought my LIforme mat, I was disappointed that your company didn't have actual follow-along practices showing me how to use it on your YT channel. I said something about it, how I thought these videos would do well for you, and it's like you listened to me as a consumer and here we are. For this, you've earned a lifetime customer. If I have need of a yoga product and you offer it, yours is the one I will buy. I also just started following you on Instagram. Thanks for Mara's video and I look forward to more. I am a beginner yogi so practices with lots of alignment and pose prompts are most welcomed.

Doctor Ethan's tips are really educational and he actually helped me a lot on wellness! He is an insightful medical student in Nottingham and he explains diseases.
