    To everyone who's looking for motivation, this is the best leg workout I've done so far. It's my 7th day and god, I see so much of definition in my thighs, they seem less bulkier and more toned . Also my butt looks a lot better. Couldn't measure the inches but the results are so surprising! 💛

    Calves- 35 cm ( - 2 cm)
    :)) super happy with the results
    Guys I am starting on this challenge once again as I think this is the best leg workout I can find on TH-cam also I kinda got distracted from my fitness journey in the last month so i am here again :)) also I am going to do this till it becomes super easy for me....
    Before - thigh - 54 cm
    Calve - 36 cm

    The best thing about Lucy from every other fitness influencers:1)She has standing exercises for everything which is very good for motivation and spine's health2)She has one minute for every exercise because of which we can listen to songs

    This was definitely a challenge, day 3 and still out of breath by move 4! The thing I love most about this video is that you are actually shown which muscles you are working! More like this please, Lucy! 🙌💗Motivates me to push through a little bit more on those areas that need that little bit more TLC! 😉👌 Great job once again, Lucy, thank you! 🥰🙏💗

    I did it! Out of breath and I can feel my legs vibrating.
    Day 1 ☆ My ankle aches a bit, but I did it at my own pace and low impact.
    Day 2 ☆ I can really feel the muscles in my lower body. I'm using this as rehab. Adding 8 Minutes Total Body Sculpt first, then this video, and Lucy Cool Down Stretch.
    Day 3 ☆ My muscles are sore, but I am feeling stronger.
    Day 4 ☆ My right gluteus maximums is very sore and I made a noise when I did the skater lunge for that side. 🙈
    Day 5 ☆ Legs and bum are still sore, but much less from the previous day. I'm still doing low impact and going at my pace.
    Day 6 ☆ I can still really feel these exercises in my muscles.
    Day 7 ☆ My body is still feeling amazing., especially my booty.
    I completely recommend this and I will keep going.

    I am so glad to letting you know that I have been following your work out since 2019 March and I have lost nearly 18kg.now I feel more energetic and active. In my whole entire life first time I have started to do work out . I never thought I could but I have seen some of your work out I I started to do,now I am addicted. I feel so good

    Lucy, your workouts are fantastic. I had a hip replacement in July, so most of my recovery has been in lockdown. Your workouts have been invaluable. I did manage to go to the gym for a couple of months, but other than that it’s been Lucy all the way. The muscle wastage I had has gone and I’m losing the pounds I put on due to lack of mobility. Thank you so much x

    I have just had surgery two weeks ago. Today was my first day of getting back into the swing of working out, which I have missed. I have been doing moderation versions of this workout, and I still feel the effects!

    I’m doing this & so far I definitely feel it , I use to work out or do hot yoga 6 days a week . I’ve taken 4 years off so getting back into moving my body & toning up .

    Started doing this last week, along with arms challenge and belly fat challenge. And it’s Ramadan and I am doing them during the fasting hours. I haven’t measured myself, but I sure can fit into clothes I wasn’t fitting it up until recently.

    Omg Lucy, did this workout this morning and I really felt the 🔥 burn.. In fact I had to use my Asthma inhaler as I was really exhausted. Thank you again for showing us the target areas as that really helps. These latest 8min workouts have really helped me also with my Vertigo flare ups. Thank you as exercise is certainly the best medication x💋💪💯😘

    This is my second day doing this challenge and I've been exercising to your other videos as well and I already feel the difference. My thighs feel more toned now and I can really feel on the butt part but that means it's working, it's working. Just gotta keeping going!

    just did this for the first time and i used a resistance band. i was feeling it during the first move! got my little sweat goin and i feel my glutes are activated. thank you lucy! i will be following this up with walking on the treadmill at an incline. way to go everyone!!

    Been doing your slim leg routine for two years with good results. My glutes need more reducing, I stared this routine and glutes were sore after the first two days😂😂. Question: will this routine build more muscle mass? I don’t want that result, but more slimming. Thanks for your workouts.

    Almost finishing this 7day challenge and it is a brilliant workout. Have started the Feel Fab challenge too and it is amazing. I can already see results inch wise besides being fitter physically and mentally and with the diet change and your healthy e-book food changes I feel more energetic. Only thing is and a bit disappointing that the scale doesn’t show much difference yet. In case I gained a bit of weight. I bet it takes a bit of time and every body is different in proportioning the weight. I am not that overweight and gain easily muscle if I work out consistently.
    Will continue though and be patient! Waiting for that March challenge now!💪

      @@habibaayman4573 7 mins a day and for 7 days ....with this workout about 1 inch but overall felt good and got gap between thighs as i have huge bulky thighs .. InshaALLAH will try to do again ...

      Ok didn't realize it's been 2 weeks since I started this and I'm still going strong and my entire legs are leaner and my booty is firmer. I feel so much better and look better to. I won't and can't stop.
