      it takes 2 weeks to see results your self and 4 for everyone else to notice :) once for at least 3-5 times a week.

    I can't do most of the ab workouts that are on the floor cause they hurt my back so this was perfect!

      I have a damaged coccyx and I want to get a small waist and abs but most exercises required being on the floor and that hurt way too much

    YES. I made it through the whole way. With pauses, breaks, gasps for air and water...but slowly and surely. I made it through.

      Only cardio and clean eating help losing belly fat (actually all fat, you can't lose localized fat). Abs excercises are intended for making your core stronger and marking the muscles, if they're covered in fat then you are not going to see any results.

    Can I say how much I love your channel?? Y’all are the few people whose videos I watch with all the ads so you can get all the coins, you deserve it. I’m terrible at any excercise video longer than 15 minutes and I was able to do a full 45 minute video combining this with two other videos. Minimal breaks and sweating all through.

    It is working. After every 5 times a week i hv meaaured a half inch reduction in my stomach size.2 sets done in 2 weeks i m down 1inch.i m on my 3rd week.will update by the end of this week again thank you soo much

    Im 13 and i weigh 48.8kg (on my diet as well) , i did see results on my belly after running for like 2km everyday, and doing almost more than 30 situps each day. I have just started doing Fitness Blender workouts recently , and i did see some results! Im really happy that i lose weight. Goodluck to those who wanting to lose weight !

    Just did this for the first time. Love it! Each move is very well explained for proper form & these are moves I can actually do. It still kicked my butt, but I'm sick of trying other abs workouts where I physically can't do the moves so what good are they? Thanks for this video!

    This one is not necessarily easy, don't be discouraged. We have plenty of beginner routines that would be a better place to start, be sure and check those out. Do not give up!

    Why are there so many people asking how many times to do this, surely you know that you do it to suit your lifestyle and fitness. Any amount of exercise is better than none and what suits one person won't suit another. See what works for you, you're more likely to keep with it if it fits into your routine and you're more likely to see results if you stick with it

      You have to keep your back touching the floor/mat all the time. You won't get back pain then. But that's one of the hardest things about every abs workout.

    I love this cardio work out. Working full time and being a housewife it's very helpful to have time to do it and feel good about yourself. You feel the tightening of me muscles and sweat enough!     Regarding "enough cardio" - that's actually not necessarily true. Strength training is a huge part of losing belly fat, at least as important as cardio. Losing weight or fat via cardio alone will end up making it a lot harder to keep the weight off. If you build lean muscle you'll end up boosting your metabolism, which will make it a lot easier to lose belly fat and keep it off. Strength training, various intensities of cardio, and a healthy diet are all key.

      Um...I wouldn't think so but I think the body sometimes cracks on its own. Sometimes my knees or elbows pop when I'm exercising but it doesn't hurt.

    I think this is a great workout and can easily be modified to anyone's fitness level. I hate getting on the floor so this is perfect. I plan on doing this often!

      I used a water bottle for mine, but I don't think the water bottle is heavy enough. I was thinking about maybe purchasing a medicine ball.

    Yes please! I can only do standing ab exercise while at home. Maybe some music or a repetitious beat during any example over 20 seconds, but in the background so the "coach" is still audible. Just a suggestion :) Love your channel Btw!!!

    Very helpful exercise for light cardio and for loosing belly fat. I tried sit ups and its very hard to maintain because I find it very tiring. I follow this exercise immediately after 10mins jogging in a 3 storey stairs. 1 in the morning, 1 at night i'm on day5 now. :-) :-) :-)

      I agree! I did not feel much in my abs at all on this one & had to contract my abs hard to get even the small benefit I did. Oh well, luckily FB has a bunch of ab vids. On to the next one!:)

      It definitely works the abs but in a way it works the entire body, which is important for losing belly fat and/or getting a flat stomach.

      hellradiolives Tightening your abs gives you the full benefit of any ab workout. It's the best thing you can do.
      In fact...Some ab workouts you end up tightening your abs w/o even trying to since you're basically forced to use your ab muscles to do them. Like roll ups for example.

    thank you so much for this! i'm a relatively slender girl but I have so much extra fat on my stomach. i can't do sit ups and when i do stomach exercises laying down my bottom, spine etc start to hurt so this exercise routine is perfect for me!

    Tried this for the first time today.
    THOSE TWISTING JUMPS wow
    They will be a heck of a challenge to overcome
    But when I started this new relationship with myself, my mind and my body I couldn't touch my toes without pain. Now I can put my knuckles down.
    Effort. Time. REST. Positive self talk. More time. More rest.
    I will get this challenge done TOOO

    Surprisingly this was a very easy workout. It's great to know I don't have to catch my breath and feel like I'm about to collapse. I recommend this to anyone who is in need of a quick fix and/ or likes short ab workouts where you will stand up the entire time.

      So I have been doing for 2 weeks constantly and have got a paunch now... Yes, i have regulated my food. Think this is a good set of exercises to work out your body and then start your gym/ exercise ... but they are not for abs certainly.....

      there’s a difference between losing belly fat and getting abs. If you want an ab workout, that will build muscle and actually make your stomach appear larger. You want a cardio workout to lose the layer of belly fat first.
