I was in Chengdu last month. Took a GREAT food tour with Claudia. The food was superb but it wiped me OUT! I thought I could handle it - nope. Still, would not have missed it!
I love hearing all the ingredients. As a result of these videos, I've bought an induction wok, Sichuan peppercorns, sesame oil/paste, crunchy/numb pepper oil.. Hoping to come close to these amazing dishes
