I’d say this is a series that has additional potential, especially with fathers being the theme. Goku, still dead, would be able to meet his father thanks to the Kais telling him where his family may be. Meeting King Vegeta would be a fun Easter egg, and King Cold would be GREAT to reintroduce. Finally, I believe Piccolo would consider becoming a father himself after Gohan has Pan, and they could be dad bros taking care of their kids.
Fun story, nice to see Piccolo get the spotlight! I was convinced he was gonna find a way to absorb Super Buu, especially after he swallowed the seal. Now that would've been a horrifying power.
Fun fact, in the Buu Arc if Piccolo had merged with DK Piccolo, he'd be stronger than Super Buu and SS3 Gotenks In a Gmae he did and he stated, while he can't completly destroy Buu, Buu can't destroy him either
Shouldn’t Kami and Demon King Piccolo cancel out each other (in terms of good vs evil) since Kami is pure good and Demon King Piccolo is Pure Evil. If you believe that Demon King Piccolo would win since he was more powerful than Kami, then keep in mind that Nail was MUCH stronger than Demon King Piccolo.
Piccolo has done a very bad mistake because if king piccolo doesnt turn good we might have the same situation with kami and Piccolo is fairly strong he might be a threat
Not really, Piccolo himself changed into a good person and fused with two other good Nemekians. If anything, he would probably act more like Saiyan Saga Piccolo.
Fun little Fact, in a Game, Supersonic Warriors, there is a Scenario where Piccolo revives DK Piccolo and merges with him, nothing but his Power Chamged, he is still Buu Arc Piccolo, but his Power is above SS3 Gotenks and Super Buu, but atill below Ultimate Gohan
First of all, I loved the use of the nickname Mr. Piccolo by Gohan. It's a nice callback to his childhood training days. Gohan had obviously long outgrown the use of that nickname, but he used it to remind Piccolo of all they'd been through over the years... or at least that's how I perceived it. Secondly, I once read about the scenario in a DBZ game where Piccolo revives his dad, fuses with him, and even surpasses Super Buu and Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks in power, which leads me to wonder what would happen if the current Piccolo did this, what effect would the merger have? If Buu saga Piccolo gained such a monumental boost in strength, how would present Piccolo, orange form unlocked and all, be altered? Would he have to struggle with the darkness reintroduced into his being, or would his personality not undergo any significant changes? Would he still receive a massive energy boost, or would the gains he'd already made prior to the fusion negate any potential power benefits that incorporating his father into himself may have otherwise afforded him, had he not gotten as strong as he'd become in the time between the Buu arc and current events?

And then in Super, Whis had to revive Goku to perform the ritual. In Resurrection F, Piccolo might have pushed Frieza a good amount. In the ToP, he'd have lasted longer, maybe dealt with a Pride Trooper or two. Piccolo would be a LOT stronger in Super Hero, after getting Shenron to unlock his potential.
Oh this is based around the Supersonic Warrior games, but with your spin on it nice. 👍 I liked how this what if is about Piccolo overcoming the darkness after fusing with Demon King Piccolo, because yeah the fusion would be powerful, but the problem is the lingering darkness from King Piccolo is there. No question Piccolo is the better teacher, but Krillin & Yamcha did a good teaching the boys the Fusion Dance. 👍 I would definitely be up for continuing this what if with Goku staying dead how they deal with DBS stuff with Piccolo, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, and Vegeta leading the charge now. 🤔 My favorite part was the Brothers Dragon Fist technique on Piccolo. Anyways another really good one-shot, and looking forward to the next part soon.

It is a good what if, but i dont see it playing out like that. I think DK would try to take over but the other personalities would prevent it. Even if upon abosrbing DK it instantly fused with Kami in regular Picollo I dont think he would be strong enough to take over his personallity as both regular picollo and Nail far surpass the nameless namekian in power. i do wish they would have him come back and for him to be absorbed by picollo to give him a further upgrade in power kind of like i wish they would wish back the tails of the saiyans to give them a bit of a boost as well

Piccolo can’t be complete because parts of him have died. The dragon’s “little bit extra” might have been the fill in for that. I think his powerup is kind of in line with that too, not just “dragon power up”. Piccolo and his race is somehow tied to the dragons which are tied to the ultimate power of the DBZ universe. I think either way you shake it, Piccolo being powered up by the dragon fits in well with his canon and the namekians that make him up. That he gets the past skills and memories of Namekians he absorbs kind of makes him like an Eren Yeager in DBZ. He’s got namekian founder titan energy with his new power up. If there was an og super saiyan god like goku might be reincarnated as, Piccolo is definitely that namekian.

This was interesting but I wish it would have been after Kid Buu being defeated to see if this version of Piccolo would have been able to be more effective against Lord beerus and maybe got a chance to train with him
People think of Junior and Daimao as separate entities. When in actuality Junior was a reincarnation, that's why he still keeps the link with Kami. The fact that his personality diverged and he became his own person is only thanks to his upbringing and Goku. He was properly born instead of thrown away. There is no "missing link" or him being "incomplete". The Nameless Namekian is already in place ever since Cell Saga began.

They really should have done this in the Buu saga and utilize Piccolo a lot more. They really made Piccolo useless in the Buu saga. After Piccolo fuses with his father, change the color of his Gi to black with demon king Piccolo’s logo on it, not just the color of his auora. Would have been so nice to see Piccolo fight in the Buu saga and see him in a different color Gi instead of the same Navy Blue/Purple Gi.

People think of Junior and Daimao as separate entities. When in actuality Junior was a reincarnation, that's why he still keeps the link with Kami. The fact that his personality diverged and he became his own person is only thanks to his upbringing and Goku. He was properly born instead of thrown away.

They really should have done this in the Buu saga and utilize Piccolo a lot more. They really made Piccolo useless in the Buu saga.
After Piccolo fuses with his father, change the color of his Gi to black with demon king Piccolo’s logo on it, not just the color of his auora.
Would have been so nice to see Piccolo fight in the Buu saga and see him in a different color Gi instead of the same Navy Blue/Purple Gi.
