      @@mbogucki1 No, it's determination. Former MLB pitcher Curt Schilling went through a similar situation in Game 6 of the 2004 ALCS while playing for the Boston Red Sox; he'd previously had the tendon on his right ankle sutured back together after injuring it earlier in the series, causing blood to visibly soak into his sock. Despite this and the considerable pain that such an injury would've caused, Schilling pitched seven innings of one-run ball, allowing the Red Sox to win the game and, eventually, both the pennant and the World Series. To baseball fans, that performance has gone down in history as "the Bloody Sock game."

    Watching this documentary has been very rewarding. Prior to watching, I knew nothing about basketball, but I knew who Michael Jordan was. Every sport has a breakout star who becomes bigger than the sport. Even if you never watch the sport, you know about it because of that star. Basketball: Michael Jordan. Wrestling: Hulk Hogan. NFL: Tom Brady. Football: Cristiano Ronaldo. Formula One: Lewis Hamilton. Motorcycle racing: Valentino Rossi. All these men, regardless of what you may think of them on a personal level, are all united in one goal: to win at all costs.

      I can relate to him i just wish i can hold on to anger or cause myself to be angry and use it as a fuel but i cant, i bought small sited snickers, instead of returning them back i was angry that i made mistake and wore them literaly for 3 months until they became wearable. My leg was purple with two big open wounds where the blood came out. Every freakin day. Everytime i thought to leave them the Burst of anger 3hatcame out made me to walk more and more. But it only works when i act like a clown or be stupid then i get angry on myself and i feel i can do anything no feeling of the pain or whatsoever until it stops then i feel it alot. But i cant do nothing without it, and cant control it or be able to reproduce it naturaly. So im guessing Mj knew how to trigger it when he want it. Probably he looked small spark like if anyone looked at him wrong or said something. Which for me is crazy achievement.

    Jordan shoes were made for casual walking not running

    • @xxxod
      @xxxod 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      At that time they were performance basketball shoes. In '85 the insole was really stiff too, which became memory foam in later retro models. But by today's standards they are really uncomfortable and unsuitable for playing... rubber soles are still more durable than crumbly foam though. And the AJ1 sole pattern had good grip.

    • @darnayblue3081
      @darnayblue3081 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@xxxod No, Retros are totally different from the OG models. The Retros are for the aesthetic; they lack the same quality, panel cuts, shape, materials, and overall comfort of the originals. The originals were made for performance with open cell polyurethane midsoles; with overly packed air units. Nike doesn’t even use the same molds, materials, or air units anymore. Any Air Jordan produced after 1998; is not remotely the same to what they use to be. They aren’t made for performance and comfort anymore; they are for casual wear, therefore, they don’t require those same materials.
